Bunny, I'll tell you a secret that I'm not going to either. But there - how the card will fall. It does not depend on the model of the stove, as I understand it. And more from experimenting with recipes.
In general, I am still an experimenter - I will use standard recipes. And then .. time will tell
My mother-in-law LG. I don’t know the model, we gave her a couple of years ago. She rarely bakes, mostly on holidays. And, as a rule, they always use the same recipe. It always works. Although the products are different. And, sometimes, something from the refrigerator.
I still plan to try to bake more types of bread myself. Therefore, I do not renounce spying on the kolobok - which, by the way, I did not even know until this morning. But I really hope that I won't need it. Maybe naive
In Panasonic, I was attracted by the mode of steep dough for dumplings, dumplings. At first, Moulinex also studied more. But all the same, I think, if it is not planned by the developers, there is no point in raping the engine and so on. The pizza dough is still not as steep as for dumplings or noodles, for example .. I don't want to spoil a thing (a stove, I mean).

Konfetti, if the bookmark is correct, then you can not control the kolobok (only if you are most interested). New, untested recipes, of course, need to be checked. It's not as scary as it seems. Join us.

It's still worth it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Before buying it, we ate only sliced loaves, and now sour cream and rice and sesame, and especially my hubby (who gave it to me after my whining) loves onion. In terms of preparation time, even a very busy hostess will cope with it. It is especially important to put bread at night (on a timer). In the evening we threw in the ingredients, and in the morning you will be awakened by the smell of fresh bread.
Juliet
Definitely - yes!
Just imagine, I came to a supermarket in the morning after the New Year (January 3rd), and there - puuuuusto! The people ate everything, even the stocks of crackers. Dragging to another - Cold and lazy too much. And here - no hunger threatens you, stock up on flour and sachets of yeast (regularly) and, in principle, everything - you won't notice the end of the world, only the end of electricity, perhaps

And I had a stove before this site, but the bread categorically did not work, and I, being naive, thought that it was necessary, but I could not have bought it, but already on the site I saw what can be done in flour and liquid. As a result, where for a year and a half, I ignore store-bought bread, as well as cuttings with dumplings combined

Hmmm ... We, perhaps, also forgot about manual confusion ... insanity ... ugh, how is it ... in short, about the test! HP - OK!

To buy or not to buy is up to YOU.
Having looked at our bread maker, two families at once bought bread makers.
Result:
For some, it is almost idle for the second year (baked once every two months). Reason: - the price of bread practically does not differ from the purchased one;
- too lazy to fool your head.
The other family will not be happy. Bread is baked all the time. They experiment a lot. Children are already adults, have their own families and live separately, but they constantly go to their parents for dough for homemade baking.
Our family is also happy with the bread maker.I agree that for us it is not a basic necessity, but sometimes it's even nice to boast that you bake bread yourself.
I often visit Kiev and am familiar with the assortment of bread machines in the local stores - the choice is not bad, the main thing is to pay money and buy equipment in brand stores. There is a selection of ingredients for baking for almost all the recipes that are printed on the site. Only the flour from different manufacturers is different and every year you have to select a new manufacturer.
The bread maker is very easy to use - if you want to get an excellent result - measure the ingredients exactly, you will experiment later.
Savory.

Here are people's thoughts on how good it is with a bread maker.
https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...mf&Itemid=99&topic=3260.0
I have been baking for the third month already, and almost every day, I rarely repeat the recipes, but not because I don't like it, but because I really like experiments. I have so many ideas thanks to the forum that I can simultaneously load 5 stoves with work. it's a pity my family won't eat so much bread.
You have to moderate the ardor and bake once a day, sometimes (if they eat very badly - and every other day). Nightmare!
Yes, some may be satisfied with baking 1-2-5 proven recipes with excellent results - and this is also a reason to buy a stove, because the output is high-quality bread.
For me now, the stove is just a favorite igirushka
Ferry
Since the moment I bought the bread maker, I have never bought store bread. I like to experiment. I like to constantly have fresh soft bread. Moreover, the labor costs are minimal. I am very pleased with the purchase. It's a pity, time and eaters are not enough.
Bunny
and I am a conservative - I bake one recipe, but I experiment with it
shendy
I'm for Panasonic 255, the bread is just super, everyone at my husband's work has already tried

Worth it, definitely!
I am a happy owner of HP Moulinex W5004 for 3 whole days!
The first two days were full of fun baking bread.
Together with a loved one, they ran every five minutes to look at the process inside the bread machine. When the bread was taken out, there was no limit to joy. We immediately decided to try to make baguettes (there is such an opportunity in our HP).
And they were a success!
The bread is wonderful, so we tried only the simplest recipes.
And what's ahead !!!
Boo Boo
I will also answer that it is certainly worth it. In general, I do not like to cook and have never really baked anything. And then it just started, I want to bake every day. I can't stop.
Mueslik
There is no doubt, it is WORTH !!!! After the purchase, a bread epidemic began, it is simply impossible to stop, the imagination is rushing, and the people have already chosen their favorite breads, orders are coming and even grievances, thereby inhibiting creativity! Now there are not enough eaters, although there are three men in the house. I had to find a way out - there are good neighbors and friends! Everyone is now eating delicious bread, creativity continues!

I will paraphrase my son. He always says: "If you do not know what it is, it means that you do not really need it." I think if a person asked a question whether he should buy HP, it means that he is not sure whether he needs this device. And no advice will help here until a person decides for himself that he WANTS IT.
Mueslik
It seems to me that once a person came to our site and asked this question, it means 50% is already ready to purchase. For example, many people have a harvester, and most honestly admit that they are not really needed (I take it out of the locker several times a year). Who doesn't need it at all, they won't recognize
lemur
And in general it is difficult for me to imagine how you can not buy a bread machine after visiting this site!

Dear veterans. Help dispel doubts. I heard from rumors, on the forum I found confirmation of the incommensurable taste of bread baked in the oven and in the store. I was eager to buy this miracle (oven). But after delving into the forum a little (thoroughly there was no time yet), especially in the section where to buy the ingredients, some doubts arose. A little, so to speak, introductory text that would help imbued with the problem.
Although I myself am an "adult uncle" (42 years old), to my shame I haven’t learned to cook (it seems as if there was no need), and I’m looking at my son with no particular zeal (also always in business) First my mother, and now my wife cooks wonderfully ... And the responsibilities in the family are so distributed that this procedure does not touch me (I get everything ready-made) I don’t make a cult of food, but I love to eat. And basically I prefer only fresh bread, that is, if it's morning at lunchtime, then somehow it's already not there (not counting on buffers in the form of a brake for work, there is no need to choose here).
I understand that the stove will solve this problem (tasty and always fresh), but will it not produce another? Our mummy (wife) has a birthday soon and I wanted to present her with a gift in the form of a stove, but would she not later remember us (with her son) in sui, in the sense that this problem will fall on her shoulders. No, of course, in my free time I will try to help (I see it is not difficult by posts), but something (intuition) tells me that this (like all the family's food) will fall on her shoulders. I will not say that they (shoulders) are very fragile and she doesn’t complain about the prevailing "disposition of the household" and she is a wonderful hostess, but not much (this is also) will be burdensome for her. She also works (as a teacher), naturally comes (from work) before us and it seems like there is time, but we all know that there is time and it’s as if not already. The people of Kiev (to whom we belong) the question arose, but she (Mom) needs such happiness. Therefore, doubts crept in about the advisability of acquiring "this miracle" (oven). Or are these fears far-fetched. And it’s interesting to find out how housewives, with about the same busyness, manage to pamper themselves and their households with fresh bread on a regular basis, or, nevertheless, in these circumstances (employment) this dish (bread) is more suitable for the concept of a weekend dish. ? Well, and a completely non-territorial question in our time, the cost price is all the same to some extent comparable to a store copy (of course, I am silent about the quality)
Thanks in advance for your attention.
PS Yes, by the way, I stopped when choosing 255 on Panas, but with a cursory browsing of the Internet I feel there will be problems with the acquisition (time is tight) of this technique. Kiev, although the capital, but I see, bread baking, like everything new (relatively) and useful, slowly penetrates the minds of citizens, and therefore the market is in no hurry to overwhelm us with an excess of offers when buying.

To answer your (and other forum readers on this issue) questions, I propose to look at, or even better taste, bread made with your own hands, for which I ask you to follow this link for a master class (and not only)

https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...98.0

Well, isn't he a handsome man (despite the fact that I am the author), and the sight, and taste, and smell
Is the bread from the store comparable to it, with the "that" taste of the past bread
This is not a picture from a culinary magazine, I baked bread today - and half of it has already been eaten, somehow so imperceptibly, and I expected that three days would be enough.
And there are a lot of such breads on the forum. Look through the pages.

Yes n-and-k-o-g-d-a So draw your conclusions

No, well, it's clear to bake bread!
I just read somewhere on the forum that you don't need a bread maker to make yeast-free bread (and that's what interests me exclusively), if only for mixing the dough. and the bread itself is cooked in the oven.
so the question arose, why is it needed at all? Why is it necessary for yeast bread?
What does it do so technologically that you can't do without it?
Qween
xaider , and why do you need, for example, a washing machine, especially in which there is a "hand wash" function?
Elena Bo
This is an automatic machine that saves us from hard manual labor - kneading dough. There is no need to keep an eye on the proofer, the oven itself will maintain the desired temperature, it will stand when it is necessary to precipitate the dough and bake. Our task is only to correctly lay the ingredients and get the finished bread.

well, I realized that HP "supervises" the whole cooking process ...
but I still do not understand whether it makes sense to take it for cooking exclusively yeast-free bread?
What is the difference for HP, is it yeast or not? it is clear that the leaven should be prepared separately, but then I mixed the ingredients and rushed ...

+ to all that has been said, you do not need to wash the dishes stained with dough, but just rinse the Teflon bucket, this is a thrill !!!

Once I started baking bread with my mother at home, but with our hands and in the oven. It is of course tasty, even real forms from the bakery were bought :) But all the same, every day kneading the dough with your hands is difficult and for a long time and sometimes it happens quite often, so they stopped. But I got to this forum, read it, and even tried bread from relatives from LG and began to think about such a necessary thing ...
And she decided. After a long (almost a month) agony of choice, I decided and we bought a Panasonic 255. It's just CLASS !!! It is certainly possible to knead with your hands, but it is sooo difficult. And the quality of bread, as is known, to a great extent depends on the degree and quality of kneading the dough. Yes, and there is no need to bother with the admission of households (especially children) to the kitchen during the raising of the dough, and she herself controls the temperature, and the dishes are dirty at least - and this all adds positive emotions. Happy bread to everyone :)
Ulyanka
I also asked myself this question: do I need it? For several years she doubted, and then she took to try my mother's stove (she had decided to buy me before) and there was no doubt - I want to bake my own bread! I bought mine in September, in operation for the 4th month, but never regretted buying it! I didn't like making dumplings before, because kneading the dough for me is an unpleasant and difficult task. Well, I can't do it ..... With the oven, I now not only bake bread, but also knead dumplings, dough for pizza, and for pies without difficulty! And there is no need to wash a bunch of dishes and collect spilled flour from all over the kitchen.

I recently on the forum, already mastering my HP, baked a lot of delicious things. Since the beginning of the baking training, the thought came to me, is it necessary now to HP? After all, each dough requires an individual approach, proofing, etc. Accordingly, in principle, only the kneading (kneading) mode is needed, then we turn off the HP for proving the dough, then - baking (mode), again we look at the state of the dough. Many people bake in the oven, not in the HP. Equalizing the temperature is perhaps a useful thing, I don't know if everything is normal. temperature, can you neglect this option? That is, HP is good, as an automatic thing, in cases where there is no time and effort to bake for good? What do you think?

Onega , everyone has their own approaches. ;) Personally, I completely agree with you !!! Having once tasted bread from the oven, and even with sourdough, now I rarely use HP !!!
Onega
Yesterday I thought of this BUT, without buying my already beloved) HP, I would not touch baked goods at all, let alone bread! I am already thinking of mastering the leavening method. So there is a silver lining. Good bread is a completely different understanding of the process of eating, I compared mine here at my leisure from KP and purchased bread brought by a relative. Well, a wrinkled loaf, and how we ate it before, I can't imagine? The question is, if your hands are asking for individualization of the bread baking process, what to do with HP? Kneading only?

Onega , you correctly noticed. I walked the same way!

what to do with HP? Kneading only?
Well, don't throw it away !! Alternatively, you can bake in semi-automatic mode. You can also bake muffins, although personally I don't really like it, the crust is very fried. All that remains is the batch. And in case of emergency!
Onega
Yes, I won't throw it away! Then they won't forgive me this simple! And they will take a place in the kitchen, they will also remember. And where is the proofing of the dough to be done, in the oven or HP, after kneading?
By the way, now we need a new gas stove with a gas oven (we have gas in our house)
So, one after another, and stretches ... About the stove do not advise anything? Which one is more reliable, otherwise only Gorene is right everywhere, is it that good?

And where is the proofing of the dough to be done, in the oven or HP, after kneading?
I do my first proofing in HP in two versions:
- for sourdough bread: immediately after kneading on the "Dough" program, I turn off the HP and look at the volume of the dough when to take it out,
- for yeast and butter, I start the "Dough" program, and after the signal I pull it out.

I do the second proofing in the oven with the light on and a pot of boiling water.

Quote: Onega

Would you advise anything about the stove?
I would advise to buy tabletop electric mini oven... For baking - the very thing! And electricity doesn't eat much. Can be taken with convection. Look here HERE there is a topic. The girls are happy. I have one in my dacha! I can't say anything about gas.

If I didn't have HP, then homemade bread, at best, I would have learned to bake by my retirement))) And I also have a small kitchen, and she helps me with dough kneading. And also in it you can bake such delicious delicious dishes cheap and cheerful that you will never find it in finished form anywhere))
Elena4ka
By the way about HP.
I have now adapted to knead the dough in it, in which it is usually proofing for the night, and in the morning I quickly bake buns in the oven, and I take the children with me to classes instead of purchased ones. Both the savings and the difference in taste are felt.
I have not baked ordinary bread in KhP for a long time, more in the oven, but for kneading and proofing the oven is the very thing, I am not capable of this manually, and I have no time.

In the "dough" mode, and then the dough is in the off HP, it is quite warm there. I can put a bucket of dough in the refrigerator, it doesn't make it worse for him
