I just beat the egg with 1 tablespoon of sugar, since the filling is already with it and I put a little less flour, because there is starch in the filling. Smeared - worth it. We will taste tomorrow. The scraps of biscuits with apples and cherries (I adjusted to the size) were already sharpened by the household and even encroached on the cakes themselves - I barely drove them away.
