Convenient, these hazelnuts! The "shells" are baked so quickly! I remember that before making nuts was some kind of feat! The shape and depth of the nuts do not bother, quite enough! I have 24 Binatone.

Girls, they gave me an old Soviet electric waffle iron rectangular for thin waffles "to play with". Who has such a miracle, share your experience, please, how to use it, how to lubricate it (there is a round piece behind it like on irons .., why should she do that?). And if you can give some good recipe. I understand that the topic has everything, but 141 pages is oh, how much to read)))
shame on my knees - never used such a miracle
nata10
notka_notka Natalya, "round" is a thermostat, I slightly grease (drip oil and spread with a brush) before the first waffle. Put the dough a little in the middle of the form, close, press - the dough will disperse in the form. I regulate the temperature and baking time by eye. Twist the waffles right away.
in the topic "waffle iron - recipes for waffle makers" (the link could not be inserted), there are 10 pages for every taste)))

Nataliya, Tatyana, thanks, girls Also, I wanted to ask how long does the waffle iron take to heat up? In the evening today I want to try)))

Natalia, I have a Cloer, there the indicator lights up when ready (3-4 minutes to warm up), and it also has a sound signal
nata10
Soviet waffle irons do not have a sound signal))) As the light went out, it got hot

I would be very surprised if he was there.

Girls, I figured it out with her. It turned out that there is nothing complicated about it, there is a thermostat. Such a rarity is wonderful, only I had to rummage through the whole house to find an adapter for a Soviet plug. I baked wonderful waffles. Delight is straight for children !!! Now I want to myself such a thing. But the Soviet, of course, cannot be found. I wonder if there is right now without a non-stick coating? Or coated, maybe better. Advise me what to want, what model: girl-q: Many thanks to all who responded

Natalia, it's up to you what you like. I have two of them, one Maxwell, round, and the second old, still Baltic, she's probably 30 years old (if not more). I found no difference in baking.

evrika_ea, no, not liquid, but very, very soft. I rolled a sausage out of it, closed the lid and it flattened out. The most important thing is to decide on the bookmark rate.
... Tell me please, what is the standard for this cookie? And maybe you still have some recipes for this appliance? I have all the recipes in German.

Gulsine, Congratulations! I also have such a waffle iron (thanks to Tanyula). I am very happy, she is cool
And the fafli are so beautiful, lovely sight

Victoria, my sister has this, my husband gave it to ng. This was the last straw for a very happy purchase. I didn’t know I liked these waffles. They bought it for the sake of the children, it turned out that they themselves were not indifferent

Manna, Hello! Resolve my doubts, my work colleague offers to buy CLOER 271, new in a box (gift). I also read Otzovik here, so one lady on Otzovik was confused, she writes:
Only the manufacturer advises to lubricate the surface with butter, and not vegetable oil, before starting cooking. On a vegetable like it can deteriorate.
And there is? And for dietary purposes, I was going to only slightly vegetable oil (coconut), smear both surfaces with a silicone brush ((
And another little question - this waffle iron normally perceives dough without fat, in a batch: corn starch, whey isolate, skimmed milk powder, bran, etc. (in general, ducan and not only)? Provided that the panels are lightly lubricated, of course.
Jenealis
Catherine, I have many different waffle irons, with completely different coatings. Most likely butter is a poorly translated instruction, translation difficulties, so to speak. Because the plates do not care what kind of fat they are lubricated with. Well, by analogy with a frying pan, if you think about it, then this is sheer nonsense. Maybe that lady was just wrong? I don't grease any of my waffle iron at all, everything bounces off with a bang. The owners of the Claire will answer the second part of the question, but something tells me that she can easily cope with your task.

I found instructions in German, Russian ... it says in German that grease the forms with fat before the first use, then you can no longer smear anything, the same is written in Russian ..
And the fat can be anything. ... And vegetable oil including .. Nowhere is it written about butter
So don't trust the ladies .. lie ..
Astilba
My whole family is hooked on this recipe for drannikov in a waffle iron.
But here it is highly recommended to lubricate the device with vegetable oil.
mur_myau
I want a jardeko waffle iron for 4 waffles. But the price with delivery in general.
Katrin77
Jenealis, gawala, thank you very much! In general, having two waffle irons in stock, I understand that this is not an intellectual technique and the principle is the same for many, but suddenly it seemed that Cloer was somehow special))

win-tat
I don’t know how special it is (Cloer), I have nothing to compare with, it is my first for thin waffles, but I am sooo happy with my 285th model! I lubricate only one first time with rast / oil, bakes evenly, does not burn, does not stick, the coating is like new, a dream, not a waffle iron!
Tanyusha
And all the time I grease all the waffle iron only with butter. I have 3 of them. various.

Girls, well, maybe someone has a waffle iron supra wis-555 I'm all over the place, whether I need it or not. The unit with 5 replaceable plates haunts me. I can't find reviews from real users. Girls, help, please, can anyone come across reviews, but And does she not, by chance, look like Deksik? Girls from Ukraine praise him.

Supra - byaka. I haven't worked for half a year ((I dream of returning it.
notka_notka
Olya)), and what exactly broke? Straight byaka-byaka? Can you give me more details, please? Outwardly, from the pictures, I practically did not find any strong differences from Dex. And the girls who have deksiki are all happy.
Thank you in advance. I'm waiting for an answer sooner, otherwise it is very important)))
I am beautifull
Natalia, I don’t know what exactly broke, I won’t get to the Eldorado, where I bought it, so that I could take it to the service for inspection. She fried meat very well, you know, breaded chops are sold at the intersection. And one day it just didn't turn on. The coverage seems to be not bad ...
notka_notka
Olya))what meat ??? Which panel? Are we exactly talking about the same model?
I am beautifull
Natalia, I have a Supra WIS-444 with you, as I understand it 555 (?). So in my model there are grill plates, and you have plates for cutlets. But the build quality does not change from the configuration, it is supra in any configuration byaka. My mother once had a tabletop tile from this company and a microwave oven, and so everything died. The village neighbor had repaired the tile for a while, and the microwave oven has now become an airtight cabinet.
Cirre
notka_notka Natasha, and I have been using this for 2 years now, while it is quite normal, the coating is holding, though not every day, but it works every 2-3 weeks

Cirre, Galina, and what is the manufacturer? Otherwise I could not see it. I always dream about Brand.

Olya looked at the box, and there is no manufacturer

Anais
Good day! Experienced chefs, tell me, please, which is better to choose a hazelnut? I want nuts as in childhood, deep, large, with thick walls and always ribbed.
I ordered Atlanta on Ozone, brought it with a damaged coating. So I'm thinking, should I order it again or choose another one?

Electric hazel trees have a shallow depth, such as in childhood it will not work. But in the hazelnut in the one that is prepared on the stove it will turn out like in childhood

Marina, thanks for the tip! I understood that it wouldn't work out that way, but I don't like cooking on the stove, and I don't really know how. My gadgetomania is progressing. After poring, I came across a "Squirrel" .. In my opinion, this is what I need ... If there are Squirrel owners here, share your impressions

I thought that I would come to share my joy, but I came with a problem. I bought myself a Galaxy waffle iron for thick waffles, I have a pimaker of this brand, and it seems to have shown itself well so far, but here I came across a not expensive waffle iron for two rectangular waffles, I just wanted this shape, and I took it. First, I baked minced meat waffles (from turkey) with grated potatoes and cheese, I was afraid that they would stick, but they turned out just fine, I noticed only one drawback - uneven frying, on the one hand it was paler, apparently due to the location of the shadow. But that would be half the trouble, after the meat ones I decided to bake sweet waffles, and then it began. The dough stuck, and when you tried to open the waffle iron, it split into two halves, one on each of the plates, although then each half was not so difficult to remove from the plate. Oil lubrication did not help much either. I really hope that this dough is to blame, when these waffles were on fire for me, it turned out that the sugar in the house was over, well, I couldn't run to the store at night for sugar, I took a pack of ready-made store mix for the cake, and kneaded it out of it. By the way, it turned out tasty, but sooo sweet, even sugary for my taste, although I love sweet pastries.
I remember that someone here already wrote about a similar problem, somehow managed to solve it, or was there a reason in the waffle iron? So I don't want to take my own to the store, I almost managed to fall in love with it, and then such a shame.
Nugira
I, too, somehow divided the waffle into 2 halves, when I opened it early - it began to hold a little longer - it began to work out fine.
Lud-Mil @
Yes, I don't seem to be early, it just stuck very tightly. Of course, I will try other recipes, it may cost.
Mirabel
Lud-Mil @, Mila, in my opinion not all waffle makers "take" waffles according to non-classical recipes.
My very first waffle iron was very primitive and the coating is not the best. I could only cope with simple recipes, an attempt to bake Liege waffles was the last, after that even simple ones could not be baked.
Maybe you will try something simpler, and then, with a universal lubricant, swing at meat
Good luck!
Lud-Mil @
Vika, the meat ones just turned out great, without stratification, but the sweet ones stuck and burst.
Mirabel
Quote: Lud-Mil @
I'm sorry, I read this diagonally at work. Well, maybe your waffle iron didn't like the cake mix.
Try it with normal products and it should work!
Lud-Mil @
I will definitely try, but I'll wait for the weekend, on weekdays I can't - just crawled from work.
