Bird cherry muffins

Ingredients

Cherry flour 125 g
Wheat flour 200 g
Sugar 125 g
Milk 110 ml
Butter 90 g
Eggs 3 pcs
Baking powder 1.5 tsp

Cooking method

  • Steamed bird cherry flour with hot milk and let cool to body temperature.
  • Beat butter with sugar, add eggs one by one. Add bird cherry flour with milk. Sift wheat flour with baking powder and add to the mixture.
  • Heat the cupcake and bake the cupcakes. This time I did it with paper inserts, but you can do without them.

But I did make a cake more than once, and I didn’t get to report. I made cream from mascarpone with condensed milk, and soaked the biscuit with impregnation with amaretto. Vkuuuuuusno! Now my friends expect only bird cherry muffins and cakes from me
