I have such a multi-station dryer. I sewed a bag from the finest organza and put yogurt into it, and of course the bag in the dryer, I get cottage cheese. Or in this bag I dry-twist washed raisins or washed and steamed poppy seeds for baking.

Or you can make an educational program how you make cottage cheese. If possible with a photo, point by point: here is the cottage cheese in a glass, here in a bag, etc.
It's just that I somehow can't imagine how liquid curdled milk doesn't run out of the bag and at the same time turns into cottage cheese.
Creamy
This is how I make cottage cheese only from kefir previously frozen in the freezer in a paper rectangular tetrapakovsky bag.

Girls, I saw a pretty dryer for 69 UAH at Epicenter:
Carousel (drying) for greens and lettuce
milka80
I've seen enough, read a lot and realized that I also need such a carousel
I wanted a foldable, like here https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=19526.0, but the price is sky-high, more than 2 thousand
As a result, I ordered a Winner WR-7400
Cost 400r. If you don't like it, I'll take it to the country.
julifera
And I always use for French fries in AF
And even when she fried him in a frying pan, she also liked to dry him in a carousel, he did not shoot at that time and generally fried better

This or even a carousel?
I analyzed everything I cook and realized what I really needed)))) Especially now the processing of berries will begin As I remember the spread currants on the table for drying, it already becomes bad
Well, we eat salads all the time, so it's very important!

In general, I have IKEEvskaya.

Excellent, so you definitely need it.

julifera , I didn’t think about potatoes. Thank you for enlightening, we need to get it.

Not just potatoes!

I wash it in it-dry: strawberries, cherries, cranberries, lingonberries - whatever there is! It turns out great!

Now there are many different greens, radishes, foliage
Masinen
I read you and ordered myself, as in a video that spins itself, in a yulmart for 1150r)) there are also graters in the kit and for ktsbiks 2 nozzles. Made in France. Now I sit and think whether I should buy it out or not)) in general, the lowest price in yulmart, on other Internet stores the price reaches 3 thousand rubles
Admin
These dryers have now appeared in households. department stores, especially in supermarkets. I bought the second one in Spare freely (and now it is there), for only 450 rubles!
I recommend buying a large volume at once, it is more convenient to wash the greens, there is more space

In Yulmart from June 17 to June 18 there will be a "Sale Night" - only in the morning I received an invitation. Promo code sale
Masinen
Well, there he writes that not all discounts will be, as I understood. ay I had bonuses and I also had a second price column, the price turned out to be this, in general, normal, if we take into account the graters and cubes and the centerfuge itself.
I also looked at this Winner, but there is only the same centrifuge, the price is from 500-700r.

Mistletoe, what are you? Don't you make green salads? Homemade cottage cheese? Yes, you never know what you need to dry quickly. I have a very popular device, especially in the summer!
Masinen
If you can buy cottage cheese, then I run to buy !! And where to put it in cheesecloth and in a centrifuge?
Leska
I fold the cottage cheese (putting it in a gauze bag and scrolling it several times)
Song
Girls, can someone tell me ... I have a dryer Carousel Tupper's for a long time already and it seems to be nothing, but ... maybe These are different and somehow better?
Leska
Song*, I have the same, from the first series - with a ball. Works great, better than plastic - it's hard to break, and even the lid is suitable for a saucepan from a multicooker.
Vei
And at one time I was greedy for Tupper's, bought it in Ikea, but it turned out to be some kind of nonsense, it doesn't dry practically anything. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, or are they really different in quality? What do you advise?

Of course they are different! Depending on the spinning method, different carousels spin up to different speeds. But Tapper's also doesn't mean the best.
Masinen
In general, I bought this miracle. I tried to squeeze French fries, which I cut on a cube cutter from the kit, I really liked the cube grate, there are 2 of them, one medium and the other very large. In general, that average super cuts fries, just like ordered for AF.
The squeezes are also good, the potatoes came out dry)) in general, I did not regret that I bought)

Masha, well, just great! Especially if you have tried it and you like it yourself

They are different only with the handle to twist. And the meaning of the centrifuge is the same everywhere.
I have an identity from Ikea, it dries normally both greens, and berries, and vegetables (cucumbers, tomatoes, french fries, radishes). And also a very convenient and huge bowl to mix salads. So I use Ikeevskaya drying almost every day. And until dry, none of them probably will not dry, you will get tired of twisting.

The fact of the matter is that different handles are untwisted by different methods - somewhere you need to pull, somewhere to swing, somewhere to push, somewhere to twist! Therefore, you can spin it up to different speeds, because someone will be better able to twist, and someone will pull! I'm wondering how well the electric spins up?
Masinen
And why, there is also an electric one?)))

And the point is still CENTRIFUGES, where do not pull the handle.

Nobody argues about the meaning! We are talking about different methods of achieving maximum speed for her, centrifuge, rotation.
Here's a battery-powered carousel - 30 bucks!

Stafa
Huh, the bowl is small, it won't fit. And then at least something from hypodynamia to twist.
Admin
I wonder what the rotation speed is? Otherwise, you can get mashed potatoes from strawberries, but in the usual one I regulate the speed myself and everything is OK

There are also very large ones, only sooo expensive. Dries 5-6 forks of Chinese cabbage in seconds

And it turns out that our favorite potato peelers come with a basket insert for drying salad.

Yeah, I wouldn't risk strawberries either ...
julifera
I agree with Dopleta - if the speed is bad, it dries poorly, regardless of the fact that everything is made on the principle of a centrifuge, so the organization of the handle is very important!

I have two Big Carousels.
One simple, inexpensive - the handle rotates in a circle - excellent speed - in such a carousel - the larger the diameter of the circle of rotation of the handle, the higher the speed.

But no, I wanted a steepness, like I pressed it a couple of times and it spins by itself and I bought an expensive one, like this one:

She twists much weaker the potatoes come out wet and the handle must be constantly pressed, otherwise the speed drops dramatically.
It's only so beautiful on video, but impractical in real life. And in addition, the structure inside was worn off and began to fall apart.
Everything is known in comparison and I will never buy such a dryer again.

The rope was accelerated the most, but I don't like working with the rope, I pulled it in the store and put it back on the shelf.

Well, and I just ordered with such a mechanism. The truth is not very expensive, but it will be a shame if it does not fulfill its functions.

Milka, I really hope that you may have a different design inside, under the handle, that is, the torsional moment will be greater, otherwise I have a very small diameter there, well, I cannot disperse it humanly.

I really liked mine, but one moment upset me. Why can't they make a normal vegetable holder so that you can rub it normally !!!! Well, everything is fine, and the graters are sharp, but the holder is awful !!!

And for me Ikeevskaya nra ...: girl_red: So convenient, I use it every day and it dries normally, for salads it's the most. And in winter I used it as a container, I will chop myself a salad for a couple of days, close the lid and put it in the refrigerator. Now the preparation of greens for the winter (freezing) in large quantities will go, so I want another one, but with a larger bowl.
Vei
I'll go get my ikeevskaya and try again
milka80
Girls, got their Winner WR-7400 (I posted a photo on page 3). The opinion is still twofold ...

Question: how long do you press / twist / pull on the string to keep the food dry? And how dry they are, or maybe this is purely conditional, just that the water does not drip ...
Admin

Per string I twist hard 4-5 times and let go. The greens are clean, dry in moderation, a lot of water flows down. Then I dry it a little on a towel and put it in a bag in a zero chamber or in a refrigerator. The greens should not be wrung out like after a towel, it will be slightly damp, and this will help it to last longer, the greens also absorb some of the moisture, due to which they remain fresh

Ehhh, I don't have to press 4 or even 5 times ((((I pressed constantly for 1.5-2 minutes, probably, so that the lettuce leaves were without drops (
I will experiment more, if it doesn't work out, I'll have to buy another
One plus from her - the color coincided with my slicer

Well, I don't need a mechanical mixer for sure. And from vegetable cutters only a cube cutter is needed. And a carousel for a new AF toy Probably still there is no kit I need in nature. I looked at Amazon:
What do you say, master? I trust your opinion unconditionally

If for AF, then it is very inconvenient to dry fries on a small carousel, I tried - garbage - and the speed is small - it does not dry up to the end and make a few bookmarks. It dries well only on a large one.

What is the optimal diameter? There are good reviews on Amazon for these. My apartment is very small, I'm not talking about the kitchen
dopleta
That is, are you ready to buy both the cube cutter and the small carousel separately? And, having paid more for drying than here for it, but with additional equipment? Well, throw out both the whisk and the knife from it, no one forbids it!
As for the nyser-dysers and other alligators, here I am not your advisor, I played enough with various hand cutters and got rid of all, leaving only Berner. And the electric Boshik cuts the cubes for me.
