Miela
Good day. I have Artizashka for more than six months for sure. I saw him for the first time in the program of Nigela Lawson. I climbed into the Internet to see how much it costs. I was shocked. I thought I'd find cheaper options. My husband and I have just started living together. Were not yet married. There was no money at all.
The alternatives were only disappointing (the diced indigo scarlet burned out in less than a month.
I saw it on the net in the Ukrainian masterchef kenwood. Damn, how many extra words).
The bottom line. Artisan. One on one tone with my kitchen). Love dearly).
I also have phillips with several graters, a stationary blender (the one that whips up soups and cocktails), a meat grinder, a dough knife, a whisk, etc.
But one does not exclude the other. They work in pairs). One kneads the cream for the cake, and the second (filipok) chops the scraps of the cake. Or nuts or something).
Girls, I haven't sat on the forums for a hundred oets. Poke me with a pug, where to read, how to insert a photo.
Antonovka
Miela,
They won't let you insert a photo yet (((- newbie ((

Thanks for the answer. But she thought she was completely dull. I've been fighting for half an hour.
I have an artisan almond milk, as far as I remember). Milky). The one is in tune with the kitchen). I'm happy so far, ugh, ugh, ugh, so as not to jinx it. I use it every day. No kidding. We don't buy bread. I bake myself. Now the hamburger buns are proving). Tomorrow we will make burgers).

Thank you. I couldn't find it from the phone. I will definitely read it and try to figure it out.

We have garlands even in summer. Do not consider it insane.

A bit of baking to your ribbon.

Oh, you're mine ... I thought I fixed it.

How dull I was. We need to sort it out again.

Miela, with what love you about him Handsome! Can be a little more detailed about the pros, and maybe about the cons. Minor things or personal impressions.

Just as worried about the question, how much worse is the Classic with 250W than the Artisan 300W?

If someone can answer, I will be grateful. Thank you.

I noted that too. Miela, congratulations, may the assistant continue to please you! I am just as happy when I work with him. Really like.

Martina @, I think that the owners of both mixers are unlikely to be found to give an objective opinion. Amazon reviews mention the power difference, as you noted. But 50W in the case of Kitchen is more significant than such a difference in power from other manufacturers, where the motor is driven by a belt (this is how I translated the review, I hope I did not distort the essence, because there is not a big special in motors)

Also, the Classic has a smaller bowl volume (4.3 liters versus 4.8 liters), there is no handle on the bowl, the bowl has an unpolished finish. Well, Artisan has more choice of colors.

And now I am suffering, do I need an additional set of drums for the grater ... I just can't figure out whether I will use
Miela
Good afternoon, I wrote, I wrote and I was thrown away. I am writing again.
When we brought him home, why not home, when we dragged him to the elevator from the mvideo, my husband dragged him, then I walked beside me beaming like a naked priest in the sun). I was already bursting with). It seemed to me that now all the mamzels passing by envied me). Insanity).
They brought me home and my husband said with a smile that he would never tell anyone at work how much he bought his wife a mixer for (this is a kitchen machine. I am amazed at the word mixer). I hugged the artizashka and say that now this evil man will go to the second floor and we will knead dough into dumplings).
About the classic. I didn't look at it at all.Small, less power. The savings that come from buying it are not worth it.

Svetlenki, thanks a lot) 💐.
I read a lot of negative reviews on the Internet, so I listen to every bunch of it. As I remember how the girl wrote that she handed over for repairs and returned all scratched, so I already feel bad (.
I'm a fan of enamel even in jewelry. I'm a minimalist in this regard. A pair of stud earrings, a grinding and wedding ring and a pandora bracelet). Well, pandora ruined everything. Here I am without brakes.

Svetlenki, do you use a grater? In smvsle at once or direct large-scale blanks?
Svetlenki
Miela, to me on you, if possible
Quote: Miela
use a grater
I would use it more often if I had it on the work surface. And so it is necessary to lift and move back and forth. Well, at least it is at the level of your hands, you do not have to bend over and lift.

I have an old-style grater. By design, I liked it more - I watched the video on YouTube, chose, well, and the members of the forum, of course, helped with their experience.

So, the beauty of this grater is in the possibility of low-speed work. We have Leister cheese. It is low in fat, all crumbly, but grated it goes into many dishes. It is Kitchen that works better with it, and not (in my case) the Majimix processor grater.
Everything else is rubbed without any problems and of high quality. A julienne grater would very much like, of course. She goes in an additional set ... Well, suddenly we will get into the taste of potato pancakes (grater for potato pancakes is also in an additional set), although is it worth entering into their taste

I wonder if the distance from the top of the rim to the day of the bowl is also proportionally less? If so, then, for example, a portion of marshmallow for 200 grams of puree will hardly fit. The whisk will sink even sooner.
Tanyusha
Svetlenki, I too am still thinking about add. set, but nevertheless decided that I would get by with what I had.

.
Well, that means at least I don't need it. Phillips copes with it with his bunch of graters.

Now the classic costs about 30 thousand for the action, and the artisan for the action 37 or 38 thousand. The classic looks completely toy. I don't think that you can fully knead bread or dough on dumplings in it. And it's not just the power, but the size of the bowl.
zoyaaa
Well, depending on the volume, I bought a classic about 6 years ago, I knead the yeast dough only with it, for dumplings it also copes.
Miela
Maybe then the difference in power with the artisan is not so noticeable. It differs by 50. Maybe this power is enough for such a bowl volume.
About the volume of the bowl. Personally, the classic cup is too small for me. To each his own).
Irina F
What did I read about graters and think, we can do it too? And then I remembered that I had a large Kitchen harvester in my pantry, bought together with a mixer - why I forget about it all the time!
So, you need to get it to the work surface!
But, how I do not like to force these surfaces🙈🙈🙈

Good evening. My mixer has finally arrived !!! With a bunch of attachments! But there was a plug.
We ordered a transformer calm 220 / 110-1.0-50. Damn, did you need 220/120? All upset now. Will it not work?
OlgaGera
Quote: caprice23
220/110-1,0-50
everywhere they write that the step-down transformer. Hmm how to check

220/110-1,0-50
Step-down autotransformers "Shtil" are intended for power supply of devices, equipment and devices with alternating current voltage of 110 V from a standard mains with voltage of 220 V.

There should be voltage input and output at the transformer. Plug in the transformer and see

Natasha, our network also does not always have a voltage of 220. Sometimes 190, sometimes 250. Everything should be fine.
You will have a stable 110. Will last
caprice23
Lelka, Thank you. And then she even lost sleep from frustration.
But I can't connect it yet, it's on the way. I was really thinking of ordering the second one in pursuit. It's just that I absolutely don't understand anything in electrics, and I'm very afraid whether these 110s will somehow affect the mixer itself badly or some other minuses will come out.

I looked at the mixer, it says 120
For some reason I was sure that there was 110 tension in America and I hadn't even thought about 120.

I forgot to share the joy with this transformer
Here is my darling!

Conducted an experiment. I have a mixer temporarily, connected to my father's transformer (I asked for it while mine was on the way). You can change the numbers on it)). 110 was exposed, I have now made 120 and compared how it works idle. So, at 120, it started to work smartly and quickly at the first speed, such a uniform sound. And at 110, somehow slower, with delays or something, it seems to be pulling.
This is what happens, after all, you need to reorder for 120? (((

I hope I didn’t spoil it while I was driving it at 110.

do not panic, find Calm's brand store, call and explain the situation. I think they will help and advise. No one can tell you better than them. And I think there will be the most qualified answer.
caprice23
If anyone is interested, I will share my impressions. I'm straight food !!!! He's so cool !!!
Even just looking at it is a pleasure! He is so beautiful!
Well, what did we try to do with him? Beat up the whites, then the cream. It's just a fairy tale! Whisk two squirrels lightly! This is my first planetary mixer, before that I used a manual one. So this is heaven and earth. Everything went astray so quickly and efficiently, it's just something! I didn't even have time to look back. Super easy! Artyusha and I were making ice cream, it turned out delicious, by the way)))KitchenAid Mixer

Then they decided to cook the manti. But since it was necessary to try a meat grinder, it was decided not to chop the meat, but to scroll). This is where the adventure began. The meat was pork neck. Only 1 kg. Without scrolling even half, I had to disassemble and wash it three times already.I had time to spit all over, disappointed and offended. For the fourth time I remembered that someone had written about sharpening knives. I drove off to idle for a couple of minutes and tightened the ring tighter. And it went !!! So the meat grinder is great! I did it!
Onions, potatoes also through a meat grinder, well, here I would be very surprised if something went wrong)
I was afraid to knead the dough in Artyushka. I feel sorry for him, and there is a bread maker, even if it kneads.
I attached a dough rolling machine and drove off. This, I tell you, is a song! Awesomely simple! Everything worked out great the first time! Nothing complicated. The nozzle is just super!
But since I had to try all the attachments right away from the remains of the dough, it was decided to make fettuccine. I just love how the dough is cut! I will not tire of repeating, these attachments are just a fairy tale! You can meditate at work! You can't even call it work. Relax)))
Well, in the end, myntas were made, chicken noodles were cooked. The truncated is very tasty!

It was the turn of the grater. After reading how everyone cooks borscht without straining, passing all the vegetables through the grater, I prepared to relax. Here I was disappointed. We managed to grate the carrots and beets on a coarse grater. And they did not want to rub cabbage and onions in any. And after each vegetable, a piece of it ended up between the grater and the body. That is, after each carrot, beet or potato (it rubs perfectly), remove the drum, remove the piece and over again. What I liked, it can be disassembled and assembled with a bang, one push of the lever and the drum is in my hands. I have the latest model, with a transparent loading compartment, I really wanted the very first modification, but I got what I got Girls, who has the very first model of a shredder, do you also have the last piece (plate) of vegetable stuck between the wall of the drum and the body? I want to understand how much she differs from mine in her work. And what are you on it third, what vegetables and what drums? Terla at 3 speeds. Maybe it was necessary for less?
OlgaGera

aha-aha,)))) it was like that. Mf spat too. I came up, turned it on and ... all the meat was gone in a few minutes)))
And with the dough rolling machine, the relaxation is complete. Just relaxation. The result is a full freezer of dumplings)))) I don't want to eat them anymore ...
caprice23
Lelka, do you have any shredders? Do not tell me about it. I added in the previous message
OlgaGera
Natasha, read it. The shredder didn't want to. I had experience with a manual shredder, then I was at the Mulina meat grinder for a long time.
Nope, I didn't like it precisely because of the leftovers. They always got in the way, and there is a lot of waste.
I am on Berner faster and wash less.
caprice23
That is, the remnants of vegetables in the shredder are not only mine, but generally a disease of such a plan? And they always get stuck too?

I watched a video review on it. The drums differ significantly from the first model. Why did they come up with this plastic partition? Everything clings to her. And the metal of the grater of such a drum is so shiny ... Natasha, when I run my finger along the drum grater, I feel the sharpness of the blades. I mean, just press a little and you can really cut yourself. Is it the same for you?

Here's a photo of the old modification drums

KitchenAid Mixer

I rubbed a lot of low-fat cheese - nothing got stuck, the cheese didn't stick together, I was very happy. Terla either on the second, or on the third - I don't remember already. I don’t use it for borscht (Berner and alligator rule here)

zoyaaa
I have the same modification as in the previous post, I am very pleased with it, despite the fact that there is a burner and there are a million shredders in the harvesters, but I like this one more than anyone else, but I did not try to shred cabbage, a small piece remains, but did not get stuck.
caprice23
Sveta, at least dance on my blades. Pushing - they are stupid. I wonder how you can sharpen them?
I also noticed that it is necessary to press very hard on the vegetable with a pusher, otherwise nothing will be crushed at all.I was even afraid that it would break from my pressure.

It is clear, with a shredder a slip, it's a pity
But the spiralizer is cool
I don't really know why he is to me, my husband really liked it. But, I think, it will come in handy to do something on the festive table. Or potatoes can be spirally cut and baked, it will also be beautiful))
While I tried it on carrots and potatoes, I played around. It turns out beautifully)
Ferry
I also did not make friends with the shredder (new version with a transparent loading cylinder). I tried to grate carrots and chop cabbage - I suffered, especially with cabbage. The drum was hammering. So Berner is still a favorite when making borscht. I use the KA shredder for potato pancakes. The potato rubs, the onion categorically refuses, no matter how you press it. The last time the nibbled onion was rubbed on a regular grater.
There are no questions about the meat grinder - everything is fine. True, I grind either chicken / turkey fillet, or pork tenderloin, there is nothing to get stuck there))
Svetlenki
Quote: Ferry
I didn't make friends with the shredder either.

Sherche la femme ... Seek woman old model. Unfortunately, Kitchen went down the path of deterioration in quality. Moreover, on the American Amazon, the old model is generally sold for fabulous money. In European countries, the price is still relatively sane.

I am very happy with the plastic lids on the bowls! Everything is closed, dust does not get into the bowl. Well, you can put a product in the refrigerator (ganache, for example).
caprice23
I also had a spare bowl with a plastic lid. Very useful on the farm
Svetlenki
And no one has met plastic bowls for a 4-liter planetary kitchen? I saw ceramic for the first time today ... Why did they release ceramic, and not plastic ???
caprice23
Sveta, I personally have not seen, although it seems that I have edited and examined the entire Internet up and down.
They sent me a booklet along with the mixer, there are ceramic of all colors, metal and glass. So that is all

I was offended by the vegetable cutter attachment, packed it in a box and put it in the closet. I walked around and decided to grate the zucchini. Rubbed. And even waste is not very much and it is not necessary to pull out the drum after each piece and get the stuck residue, it spins and spins there. Laaadno. Then I decided to rub the cheese. I just took it out of the freezer, it was thawing. Rubbed too.
I think now, maybe I got excited. Can we forgive her and return to the ranks of the kitchen helpers? I just pinned such hopes on her. I thought I would rub everything and everyone. I was waiting for a universal device. But probably there is no such thing. Read, everyone has not one, but a whole bunch of all kinds of tereok-shredders. Harvesters, alligators, burners and others. And before this nozzle, I had only a simple Soviet grater that was four-sided. And I was expecting a miracle. I'll buy myself, perhaps, a berner and let them work in tandem
caprice23
Girls, answer those who have an old model shredder. What exactly are you third on it? I want to understand how much the old is better than the new one. Or not better.
I successfully rub carrots, potatoes, beets, zucchini, cucumbers. Raw. I didn't try to rub boiled vegetables. No cabbage and onions.
And, I remembered, the cheese rubs well.
zoyaaa
I mainly use it for carrots, zucchini. For onions, potatoes, cabbage - berner, I don't even try other graters for fun.
NatalyTeo
caprice23, Natasha, I have an old model. I mainly use it for potato pancakes. I often use a food processor attachment, where excellent cubes are obtained and there are Terochki, the slicer is adjustable. I saw a new model recently, beautiful 🙈
Svetlenki
caprice23, Natasha, impressed by the work of the new model of the grater, I rather grabbed a set of additional drums for the old model. Mostly grabbed from behind the pancake drum. Anyway, let it be. In America, this old model of a grater is already worth half of my kitchenade.

I read that girls who have kitschen on the table top, grill vegetables for sautéing, in soups-borscht, gravy is rubbed on it. There is nothing to wash there - only three spare parts
caprice23
Sveta, on my tabletop just stands. And I planned to rub everything on it just for soups. So it doesn't work. Only beets and carrots. And onions with cabbage have to be done by hand.
I just never had such a grater. So I can't understand, maybe it's normal that she can't chop onions and cabbage? Maybe for this you need a harvester nozzle or something else? And then I dreamed of rubbing everything on it))

NatalyTeo, and the old model can handle onions and cabbage?

And I also looked at the combine for a long time, but in the end did not take it. Now I think maybe in vain. Many simply wrote that they were difficult to care for. It takes a long time to disassemble, assemble, wash. Think it's worth taking a closer look? Good stuff?
NatalyTeo
I am very pleased with the combine. In general, I like all the kitchen's nozzles, but I use the harvester most often. The cubes are small, neat. I cut all salads raw and then cook in the microwave. And everything is poured into the right vessel at once. There are no problems to disassemble. I only onion for potato pancakes, everything is fine. From old experience, chopped onions have always gone well. And so I don't really like rubbing it, it becomes more bitter. I like finely chopped. I use Bernard. It's the same with cabbage - I like neat tiny long stripes - only on a manual slicer it is possible. And in electric graters, the loading hole is small, you need to cut it into pieces, it does not work so neatly. The harvester attachment cuts both cabbage and onions without problems. I can try the grater in the coming days, I will write the result

If it's not difficult, you can in a personal, how's that?
Rita
NatalyTeo, is the harvester a separate machine, not an attachment to the Kitchen planetary mixer?
NatalyTeo
Rita, a nozzle, it is called a mini-harvester nozzle. Natasha, I clean raw vegetables and cut them into cubes. If you need to rub it later, then I just clean it. And I cook in the microwave for 8-10 minutes, I use a tappervea drawing tool, but I think any dishes can be done. Immediately a little salt, a little sugar and water about 1 cm in the beets-carrots at the bottom. They are cooked like steamed and immediately absorb the salt, it turns out very tasty. It cools down quickly. Vinaigrette, salads are obtained ready in a maximum of 30 minutes from taking unpeeled tubers. Potatoes can be cooked in a ladle - add half a teaspoon of vinegar so that the cubes do not fall apart if the potatoes are crumbly.
