Fish with beetroot and vegetable caviar

Ingredients

Fish (preferably perch) (better Kamchatka) I have Pelengas fish today 1 kg
Beet 2 large
Carrot 1 large
Onion 2 medium
Tomato or ketchup 1-2 tbsp. spoons
Vegetable oil for frying
Salt pepper
Flour for dumping fish
Potatoes 1 kg

Cooking method

  • First, prepare the beetroot caviar. To do this, fry the onions, carrots, beets, salt and pepper to taste, add tomato or ketchup, simmer a little over low heat.
  • Prepare fish, peel, cut into portions, add salt, roll in flour, fry in a pan in vegetable oil.
  • Put a small layer of beetroot and vegetable caviar in a saucepan or other container (who is used to stewing), fried pieces of fish on it, caviar again on top, then fish, and so on until the fish runs out. There should be a layer of caviar on top.
  • Close the lid and put in the microwave for 15 minutes on medium power (I have 60%). To make everything warm up, put out, "make friends" :)
  • You can also boil potatoes for a side dish.
  • You can take any fish, but preferably more fleshy, and fatty like perch. This time I had a bearing, drier, but it was still very tasty. Try it.
