Plums 3 lb
Wine 1 glass
Sugar 0.5 lb
Rusks
Oil
Cooking method

Put the plums in a saucepan, pour water to cover the plums and put on fire. When the plums are soft, drain them in a colander. Then rub through a sieve, add wine and sugar and grind again.
Prepare the mold, coat it with oil, sprinkle with a thick layer of breadcrumbs, lay out the plums and sprinkle with a thick layer of breadcrumbs again. Grease with oil and place in the oven.
