It turned out to be a very handy thing. I cut vegetables (raw, boiled crumples) into cubes for winter salads. First, I cut the Burner into plates with a grater, and then into squares with this one. Very quickly it turns out all the same size, and small (you will cut it with your hands for a long time until you become brutal). And then cook in a double boiler, all together, too quickly.
And I realized the value of the apple cutter this year! With incredible speed, I coped with a huge number of apples, cooking them for jam.

And I have an electric vegetable cutter (grater) Philips for 9 years now, I am very pleased with it. It's just that I rub a lot of carrots for the winter and freeze them, and you will be tortured to rub a large volume with your hands, so I bought it. The attachments are different, you want a fine grater, you want a large one, there is a grater for fries.

I recently bought myself an electric vegetable cutter. Here's one:

Yana, share pliz - who is the manufacturer and lope. I want such a device for myself, but I saw only on the "manual drive"
Yana
This is a vegetable cutter "Ariete", the price is somewhere around 850 rubles. I bought it in an in-t store, but then I saw it in Technosila for 699 rubles.
After the purchase of this vegetable cutter, the following appeared on sale

They have more power and 5 attachments. In my only 4. I decided to order this new one, but twice the order was removed. Now I don't know what to do: either to stay with this one, or to order for the third time?

Fly Tsokotukha
Yana, a feature of the new vegetable cutter is the ability to cut into cubes.

Rustic stove, Italian manufacturer, Ariete. There are two models, 1792 and 1796 - and so the second cuts into cubes! It is because of this that I bought it. I bought it before NG, found it in only 2 online stores. 1792 is much more common, descriptions say "The first food processor that cuts into cubes." Do not believe it! I called the representative office of the company in Russia, only 1796 cuts into cubes!
Yana
Fly Tsokotukha, cuts 1792 into cubes. The kit includes an additional accessory for the nozzle and the instructions show how to use it to make the cubes. In the photo he is. True, I have not yet taken this vegetable cutter out of the box. I'm thinking of giving it to someone if I buy 1796.

On the website "Ariete" I found another vegetable cutter, model 1793. I have not seen this one on sale.

Are you sure? On the site about cubes in 1792 it is not written, the dealership said the same ...
Test, huh? Interestingly so =)
I was looking for 1796 with dogs! And you could buy 1792, it turns out ???
Z. Y. Can you link to 1793? I can't find it on the site ...

I join the request!
Or maybe if you don’t open it, rewrite us from the box, what are the cutting methods?
Yana
Fly Tsokotukha, I can only be sure if I try this device myself. But, as I understood, it cuts both 1792 and 1796 into cubes. Only the cutting method is different: in 1796 - a special nozzle, and in 1792 - a nozzle + accessory. And they differ, in addition to power and size, an additional attachment for relief cutting in model 1796. I liked 1796 more precisely because of this original attachment.

Yana,Before the New Year, a friend from Italy melted this grater (with green inserts) for me, I did not believe her that this item is extremely useless. But she quickly became convinced of this and fused her to her mother, and she - to her brother's wife. Everyone has the same resume. Moreover, the rafter does not hide his opinion about it, but the one who is being rafted for some reason does not believe, it is a very nice looking device, and the cutting in the pictures is very impressive. But in fact, sorry, you are zadalbyvaetsya disassemble and assemble, as well as wash these parts. Productively it is also not high, it "chews" the carrot rather slowly. And it turns out with all the attachments the same mass in appearance, when you disassemble the grater, you find there rather large, not grated pieces. And for some reason, it also seems to me that she is Chinese, although she came to me from Italy. Not from impressions, but I sort of read it on the box ... But I can't say here, I'll say more precisely later.

Mams , VIP-4 is not necessarily white, there are also orange ones, but white is prettier to me. The VIP grater is well attached to the old tray, unlike the new one, it has rubber legs and it does not slip, I chose the old one. And I'm very sorry that I didn't take the waffle grater.
Yana
Freken Bock, thanks for the tip. But judging by the fact that these vegetable cutters are quickly sold out, they are in demand with us. At first glance, it seemed to me that she was going to-understand very quickly. And the undoubted plus is the ability to wash the parts of the device in the PMM.

And I'm happy with my Arietka. I would give everything just for these cubes! Ideal for salads! Whack-whack, and you're done. Although, yes, there are many pieces left inside (but I am still a "rabbit", so I am happy to pick it out and finish it). True, not all products are taken. I'm going to test and post the results.
Freken Bock
For the sake of fairness, I will note, said today my daughter-in-law, Ariete is an Italian device, not a Chinese one. And the rest is PPKS.
Lika
I bought just such a DE KOK cutting press for potatoes and vegetables with 2 attachments and a suction cup to the table. It costs about 300 rubles. In fact, I bought it in a pair for a deep fryer, but apparently I will use it not only for fries. It is convenient to cut potatoes into soup, beets into venegrette, but then you need to cut them with a knife if you need cubes. So Berner also makes cubes after preliminary notches with a knife.

Where did Lika buy this unit and what is the size of the cubes?
Andreevna
tanya1962, I have the same as Lika's, I bought it in METRO. I rarely use it.
foxtrader
And I broke such a cut very quickly. The suction cup has moved out of place and cannot be refueled back. I didn't like this thing. And as it seems to me, with an ordinary cutter, with handles of which, it is more convenient to cut all this at times, and faster, and less confusing.
Leska
For me, she is not very good ... she cuts only boiled vegetables well (she gave it to her neighbors at the dacha), but for this there is a small round device - and she cuts perfectly and is easier to wash.
Freken Bock
These "cutters", apparently, are very different from each other, depending on who made them. My mother is from Germany - very happy. And I have Teskoma - he can't handle potatoes at all, he lies in the far corner And the Chinese Niser-Diser (not even the original) makes me very, very happy.
Mams
We have this already from Czechoslovakia! Brought the godfather in 1984. He cuts raw potatoes well, that's it in the deep fryer. It must be wiped off immediately after washing, otherwise it may rust.
But now we use it much less often, it's easier to buy chopped potatoes, and for vegetables in soup - now I have a Berner.
Anastasia
I also have a comb for onions, I love it very much, because it allows me to chop the onion finely, finely - for herring under a fur coat, this is the same, and for many other dishes. It may not be small and the nails are all intact, otherwise they strive to climb under the knife.

And I bought myself an electric grater today. By the way, the onion can also be finely chopped on it, there is a special nozzle there.

Caprice, what a charm, and its power, what nozzles? The harvester copes well with vegetables, but at the same time you can't make minced meat.

Yesterday I saw an Ariette vegetable cutter at the Metro
Today I read some reviews about it on the forum, but the question is "to take or not to take?" and hangs over my head. Maybe a Berner grater is better?
Anyone have any advice. Help Buridan's donkey

HondaI have been successfully using the Ariete Saladino vegetable cutter for several months now.My model is slightly different from the one in the picture. In the photo you have Ariete Chef. The difference between them is in power and in the fact that the second one cuts into cubes and embossed plates. How my vegetable cutter cuts can be found in the section about "Master-pilaf". All vegetables in the photo with dishes, starting with pilaf, are cut with this vegetable cutter. In general, I'm happy with her. She cuts well and quickly. I like.

Here's another photo:

Who uses Nyser Diser? How is he slicing raw potatoes, carrots, beets? They are not in the advertisement in the list of cut products.
Freken Bock
Dakota , my Niser Dyser is not even original, but a Chinese fake. It cuts raw vegetables very well. With all the skepticism about various teleshops, I am very pleased with this thing

Hello girls.
My wife recently bought one, I just two weeks before it bought hand-held such cutters, but they broke and was skeptical. But when Aona brought him home everything turned out fine.
Okroshka 6 liters saucepan.
Cucumbers, radishes, potatoes, eggs, sausage - all in small cubes.
15 minutes :) Everything is convenient, everything is beautiful, everything is stored in a special flask, very convenient.
Raw potatoes, excellent small and medium bar for fries.
Medium carrots are good, BUT with coarse ones carefully. The manual molds for cutting carrots broke, inside the carrots I call it a bast, well, like a tree, and it expands to the base of the carrot, so when they encountered it, they did not cut it, but went along it and grimaced. This was not the case with the Nice Diser.
Beet. A tuber the size of a man's fist should be cut into four pieces. I tried to cut in half and it didn't work. the knives went a quarter into the beets and stopped neither here nor there. And when he tried to pull the tuber out of the grate, he pulled the grate out of the base. Well, then I put it back in while it works. as well as for soup on pilaf I do everything perfectly on it.
Thank you.

Alex, Where is your Nayser made? Does he cut an onion in a small cell?
Dakota
Thanks for the answers on Nyser Dicer, but apparently I’ll be strict for another year at Bernie. I bought another technique that has an indirect relationship to the kitchen - a car (I will go to stores). We need to pay off the loan, cutters and other things will have to wait (and in fact there was already a basket in the world of books).
But I have a bread maker, a noodle cutter, the richness of silicone molds has been replenished and the new harvester and mikra are pleasing.

To be honest, I don’t know, it didn’t matter to me where it was done once it cuts well, at the expense of small on the weekend I will try and write. Large cuts but I don't really like it. I'm used to it in half rings / since it's more familiar and everything is great

Hey. Well, I tested it. Yes, cut into small onions. The bulb is 6-9 centimeters in diameter, dense !!! Cut in half, cut down with a hemisphere up. And he cut it perfectly.

Alex, If you find it difficult to say the country of origin, maybe you can at least tell the price? Why I'm sick: I ordered this Nayser at a high price the other day in Top-shop. There is cheap Chinese at home. Cuts radishes, cucumbers, carrots and everything with a similar structure. Cuts, not bad, in principle. Tomatoes, kiwi, strawberries crush. For a long time I wanted to buy an original one. The husband says that he will not be different from my old one: "You will see!" I am waiting and worried. In parallel, I reach out to others ...

Is different.
I bought in Novye Cheryomushki, this is a store where they sell the original. They begged for the original, I decided to buy another, through the Internet, not the original, because it was cheaper.
The difference: the lattice (a little white, round thing) is held on special closures, and so, the original closures are black and dense, and the fake ones are white and easily breakable. Then the blades themselves - in the original they actually do not dull, well, at least they do not dull for a long time, but in the craft they bent! well and dull. Then the containers - in the original, the containers are fitted to the vegetable cutter, and in the fake, the container slides off during operation (and you have to collect the cut from the tabletop). The original has containers with a scale, and the fake has no - well, it's not for everybody. And the original containers are stronger, do not crack. The peeler knife from the original is really good, I bought all the other kitchen utensils in Stockman, and so, the peeler from Casa does not stand next to Nyser's.
Both the original and the fake are made in China.
Hope
Yesterday I bought myself this gizmo-Electric mandolin slicer. This is a grater and a shredder for vegetables, you can grate cheese and ice (though I don't know why).
I tried it, I liked it very much. So, for example, for borscht in it, you can grate beets and carrots and chop cabbage.
Down there you can watch a video of how it works. Everything is rubbed into a container that slides out easily. Only the price is not the same as in this link, but for 710 rubles. cheaper.
I will master.

I bought Nyser-Dyser today ... don't like it yet.
While I washed it first after the onion (it goes hard, it is hard for him), then after the mushrooms, I washed it for 10 minutes
By the way, in the Metro it is 58 gr. costs, and not 350 as in TVshop, although even the boxes are the same and complete.
So ... .... bye

I have been using this device for a long time and successfully. At first I did not like it, but then I adapted and I think that this is one of my most successful kitchen adaptations. By the way, he is well versed and washes in the PMM.
CelestineWhen chopping onions, first cut it in circles (not rings, but circles of the required thickness), then press with one hand on the container, and with the other hand on the narrow part. Then you will not break the device and it will be easier to cut. Pay attention to how they put their hands in the advertisement when cutting and everything will become clear to you. And when you disassemble to wash - pay attention to the bottom there are two little black clips. If you pull them one to the other, the lower part will be removed from the grill and it will be much easier to wash.
Freken Bock
CelestineDespite the similarity of the boxes, Nayser from METRO and Topshop are completely different things. When we appeared in METRO, I wanted to buy it for my mother, but he didn’t lie close to the real Niser. Even the printing itself on the box gives out a fake. And those who took it spit. And the thing is cool. The most demanded device I have now. More often I take Berner in my hands. There are, of course, some cutting secrets, but it cuts super. The onion simply needs to be cut into quarters (large) or halves (small). It is necessary to cut a little with a fine mesh, but with a large mesh it cuts like clockwork. Beetroot for vinaigrette, raw and pickled cucumbers, carrots, potatoes (raw, boiled) you want small, you want large cubes - a song. It turns out quickly and accurately. However, I didn't cut mushrooms. By the way, there is also a knife for peeling vegetables, there are teeth on the blades, so that to remove a thin skin, is also very good. I have a similar Teskomovsky. Nayser drives.

But for all that, the price in Top Shop is only for fans like me. I am ashamed to tell people how much I gave for it.
Celestine
Caprice, Freken Bock, girls, thanks for the science, I will try again, I'll indulge in a vinaigrette tomorrow I've already pampered with a vegetable peeler, not bad.
And I put the whole onion, then I thought of cutting it into halves, I would immediately and entirely)))
Caprice
Celestine, the onion is a little heavy. By the way, tomatoes must also be cut and put with their peels down on a plastic wire rack, with a cut up. Otherwise, they will simply be remembered. And potatoes for chips - it goes like a song By the way, I very quickly crush a hefty bowl of Olivier with a nice-dice.
Celestine

By the way, I very quickly crumble a hefty Olivier basin with a nice-dice.

Here, and I vinaigrette for 3 minutes. I crumbled, but the onions and cucumbers, cut into the thinnest circles, did not work ... but I'm glad for that too, now such salads are not a problem
Freken Bock
Celestine , do you have Niser from Metro? Still, try to cut the onion into 4 parts, choose a fresher onion, not sluggish. And with a sharp movement of it! .. Do not cut the cucumbers very thinly, then he will not cut them, but press them into that little white lattice.

Caprice
Celestine, I cut cucumbers on Olivier not in circles, but, just lengthwise, into layers of the required thickness, only then into a riser-diser.

I also bought Nyser Diser, only in a stock store of equipment from Europe.

Celestine
And I have exactly such a box, even 49.99 is written there, but it does not cut pickled cucumbers and onions too, I tried it sharply, I was afraid that it would crack, I have strength))) Well, by the way, I have another grater for onions
Caprice
Strange I even crumble pickles with my Nyser-Dicer. And raw potatoes for chips. And in general I crush a lot of things. Although, I suspect that I have it fake. Well, if only because there was no peeler in the kit.
And the packaging is exactly the same as the Pysanka photo.
