If the oven is fig, then, of course, HP is a 100% yield! A large bucket and a normal muffin with soda to bake in it - a couple of trifles. The best option would be to quickly mix all the ingredients in a bowl with a mixer, pour the dough into a bucket. after removing the stirrer from there and turn on the forno-baking program. Check the readiness of the cake with a thin stick.
I recommend a mixer because the cake doesn't like long kneading. The process of extinguishing the acid with soda is very fast, so you need to start baking immediately, and not rub on the walls until then. until all the carbon dioxide comes out of the dough and by the time the baking starts, the mass is already "dead" and you get a brick And you will blame the unfortunate bread maker With a mixer. trust me. it will turn out much faster and more efficiently!

About the method "mixed-and-ftopkainto the stove "I know, I've already gone through the entire branch about the cupcakes. And about the fact that you don't need to whip the cupcakes - too. I'm just trying to understand if this model can automate production, especially since there are modes (as if suitable) Well, the creators of the "torto" program had something in mind, after all, they should know that such a dough is not supposed to take a long time with a spatula ...

Well, we'll find out soon. Tomorrow I will place an order. Not the fact that they will deliver before the holidays, but still. Soon, soon, my journey into automated baking will begin .. uh.

Total - at the moment, three cupcakes and two bread, not a single global puncture. What pleases. But.

There was such confusion - the instructions say about a removable cover that can be washed. Does this definitely apply to the 755? I, no matter how cool. I didn't understand exactly how she should be filmed ...
Rem
Removed if, then described in the instructions. And briefly, the lid opens to a certain angle (somewhere 40-45 degrees) and gently pull it towards you.

As far as I understand, the instructions for the 755 and 125 are actually common. And I also wrote this very thing, but I still did not grasp how it can be removed, I thought it might be a jamb in the instructions .. I'll try it later. It's just dumb to make an effort to make too much - suddenly it breaks off ..
Rem
take a closer look at the two axes on which the lid rotates - they are not a circle in section, as usual. Due to this, the cover is in a certain position and is removed.

I want to share my positive experience of adjusting the temperature sensor in the lowest-power Delongey-755 stove. This bread maker is designed for 230 volts and consumes only 400 watts + 50 watt motor. Therefore, I would not recommend it to those with low mains voltage. I have a stabilizer, 220 - 210 volts, the crust even in the Dark mode did not work out very well. One day, at the end of the batch, they turned off the light and had to start the generator, which gives exactly 230 volts. And - lo and behold - the bread turned out to be just right! After that, it was decided to wind the tail of the stove.
Taking out the bucket, on the wall closest to the indicator and control, I saw the exit of the ten. There is a Phillips screwdriver next to (but not between the terminals of the ten) about 2 - 3 cm There are two slots above and below it. It must be turned counterclockwise (when looking at it). But no more than 45 degrees at a time. I checked the lack of temperature as follows:
1. For flour dough ~ 600g set 1kg mode
2. Put a dark crust.
3. I covered the lid with two kitchen towels.
If after that the crust was light, the screw was adjusted. To increase the temperature, unscrew it (counterclockwise) by an angle of 15-20 degrees at a time. As a result, I turned 60 degrees and is now satisfied. True, now she bakes almost without turning off the ten. Well, she is so weak ...
P / S / Even in the second year of operation, a knock appeared in the center. Fixed by tightening the belt. It's simple. If someone is interested - ask, unsubscribe.

Yuri60 a does the crust of bread on the sides and bottom get thicker? In theory, it should be thicker. And your stove in the right place has 1 screw for a cross screwdriver or 2? In my 2 screws, one above, the other below. I do not exclude that the sensor is fixed by two. But I haven't figured it out yet, haven't seen it.

The crust on the sides has become a little thicker, but for me this is not a problem, I love the crust.
I have a plate with a sensor inserted into two slots, and a screw in the middle. There is a second screw, but it is between the tenov leads. Your plate is most likely fastened with a screw, and the second is an adjusting one. Which one - you have to try.
Are you satisfied with the stove? She attracts me with the ability to program. Mine will end soon, (the oil seal is already leaking, and the belt is stretched all the way, after all, the oven for 2.5 years almost every day affects) I also want a 125th.
Rem
Satisfied with the stove, given that there are no flaws. But this is a question for manufacturers. Disadvantage and 125:
1. Teflon would be better, especially on the shoulder blade
2. The stuffing box is normal, but the shaft assembly after 2 years began to wedge. In order not to chick the bucket, I grease the knot.
3. The crust is light, I do not suffer much
And programming in it is not better yet. But look at the kenwood 450, the programming is worse. But this is the most functional oven

2. The stuffing box is normal, but the shaft assembly after 2 years began to wedge. In order not to chick the bucket, I grease the knot.
My shaft bearing in the bucket starts to wedge after the end of baking due to a leak in the oil seal. At the beginning of the kneading, the liquid mass of water + bread falls on the shaft, after which it is baked and wedged. And the 125th beckons me with the opportunity to interfere with the process of making bread during work. Although lately I have been increasingly baking bread in the oven. And the dough is kneaded only in a bread maker.

So it tastes better, kneading in cotton, and proofing and baking in the oven.

I bought a Delongey 755 bread machine. The first two breads: classic and French, 500 gr. got excellently, the crust is pale, but it turned out to be plump. But today I was baking French to 700 grams, the top fell, although the whole bread is baked and tastes good.
It works more noisily in the "French" mode than in the "classic" mode. I don't know why ((And so far I'm happy, but I have to try all modes.

The day before yesterday at my 755th shaft in the bucket, on which the kneader is put on, fell down. I had to put a washer 3-4 mm thick inside the leading "rosette", which turns the shaft under the bucket and turns the shaft. While working. A truly unkillable oven. True, I now lay the ingredients according to Panasonic (first in the corners yeast, sugar and salt, then flour, and deepening liquid and oil), since the gland ordered to live a long time. I liked the quality of the batch.
