Lungwort, posting comparative photos of baking in MV Element (left) and MV Brand 37501 (right)
Multicooker Element FWA 01 PB ElMulticooker Element FWA 01 PB El

On my own behalf, I can add that in MV Brand 37501 the biscuit turned out like a Panasonic, just as tender, completely dry.
In MV Elemet, the biscuit turns out to be fried and dryish for my taste.
Unfortunately, I didn't have time to take pictures with hot - everyone dared, the conclusion is the same - in Brand 37501 it is much more convenient and faster for me to fry in Brand 37501 than in MV Element

Good evening everyone. Yesterday I bought this wonderful device. There's also a kenwood chef food processor. I was happy. I needed to make soup. Everything went great. The chicken was cooked using the Soup program. Maybe it even boiled a little bit, but I needed to make a soup. So that's it. So that was great yesterday. But today - I decided to make pilaf. I read the instructions and prepared everything in advance, that is, meat, vegetables, spices, rice and water. Because if you do not fall asleep during the period when the multicooker commands you, then the program is reset. So I started to cook according to the voice prompt. And I didn't understand that when I was told to fill up the rice 2 times - I tried to open the lid, but they persistently asked me to close it and at the same time they said that if I did not put the rice in, the program would be reset. And after the second warning, I opened the lid to put the rice - I was told - to cancel the program. Did I do something wrong? I put on the Plov program again and decided not to open anything else. After what time was the release of steam with pressure relief, and as a result, the program was canceled. It seems that the pressure valve was blown off, ie E. It hung out once. As a result, I cooked pilaf on cereals on program 3. It turned out fine, crumbly. And very soft meat (there was lamb). But I am tormented by the question - something is wrong in the program. Or am I so stupid?
Nymph
Jouravl - congratulations - do not panic ahead of time - a round pimp on the valve should hang out - it rises and starts whistling only when the working pressure is gained, if during cooking the pimp lies a little on its side - this means it works without pressure or with low pressure - I also went crazy at first.
With the pilaf program - I had the same story - at the time of laying the cereals they called me - well, I missed everything - the program was reset - I was finishing pilaf on the "loose cereal" program - it worked out very well. My opinion is that everything is in order with the mulka - it's just that the program is so tricky that you can't beat it the first time
And so MV is just super - especially to extinguish, boil, steam, and fries and bakes well, I refer my comments, in general, to the category of nagging. Very worthy of CF - although tricky to the point
Jouravl
Nymph! Thank you very much ! Calmed down. Today I will continue to experiment with the cartoon. I really wanted to make yogurt, but I realized that it was impossible to do it in it. since the minimum temperature is 50 degrees. And for yoghurts you need 40. I will try to find a program and experiment. Tomorrow, I'll write what happened.
Nymph
Jouravl I've already asked myself this question several times. Put the jars with the mixture in the lower steamer. Fill your shoulders with water. And you can try to set the temperature on the Chef to 50 * C - here the time must be calculated on how much to put, not overheat (everything heats up very quickly - since induction), you can start from 20-30 minutes - if there is a thermometer, measure the temperature of the water ( after the measurement, it will be clear to hold more or enough) - and then just use it as a thermos - leave the MV with the lid closed for the same 6 hours.
lungwort
: hi: Nymph, how are experiments with Brant? Have you tried baked goods? Someone about what, and crummy about the bath.
Nymph
lungwort - I tried baking and even laid out comparisons on a biscuit above with a couple of messages.
mine, except for biscuits from baking, only crackle buns - and they have to be made in AG.

Brandovsky biscuit was gobbled up very quickly - there is already nothing - and they said that if it did not differ in size, then they would not be distinguished from the Panasonic biscuit.
And what else from baking - can you give me an idea - and I'll try - for one thing and accomplish your goal

My conclusion is that the brand bakes no worse than Panasonic, it also fries perfectly - if intense frying is needed. then for hot meat, if softer then fish or vegetables
lungwort
: hi: Nymph, thanks. I realized that Brant also bakes well, but in Panasonic the biscuits are higher. Right? My mind is already going beyond reason. The pastries turn out to be gorgeous in the oven, but a tall biscuit sunk into my soul. So I think, well, what kind of second multicooker to buy? Panasonic seems to be the last century, but bakes, it turns out, is the best. There was hope for the Element, but this is my Oursson without the bells and whistles. : girl_in_dreams: Confused.
Nymph
lungwort I will now explain to you my impressions a little:
look here:
1. You will have to adjust to ANY MV - in my Panas good the magic biscuit turned out only 3-4 times. that is, for the first time there was no ice - they ate mine in one fell swoop, because there was nothing to compare with, but it was a cake with a height of 3 cm (I have 10 Panasonic). Panas is good - but he's really on my side - that is, if it's small, then for 4300-4900 r you will buy a device in general, then only for baking. Big at a price of up to 7500 now comes.
2. In Brand for the first time, the biscuit was just excellent, especially considering the moment that my yolk treacherously got into the whites - that is, I couldn't beat the whites normally. Then I will try different options, maybe it will turn out to be very high.
3. The element is still more CB than MV, and I will still be roasting and baking in Brand.
4. And then there is a moment - for the last time I got a decent more or less biscuit in the Element for 40 minutes - this is certainly my personal opinion - but the biscuit in my oven is baked for at least an hour at a temperature low enough for the oven. Induction heating for biscuit is too sharp, in Element not bad a good pie comes out - but it's not a biscuit.
The element is good MV-SV, but I still lacked MV for complete bliss.
That's about Ourson, unfortunately I can't compare and tell you - I only read reviews.
Maybe it makes sense to wait - to see how over time the element will show itself in the work - and Panas will not leave you anywhere if you wish

Good evening everyone! Conducted an experiment with cheese cakes. First, I put it on baking for 30 minutes, after 15 minutes I opened it to turn it over and realized that they were burnt. (n) I set the second part for 10 minutes - I realized that this is a lot. I put the second batch at once for 10 minutes - and this is a bit too much for me, and the top part was already baking for five minutes. As a result, it takes 7-8 minutes for syrniki on each side, and then turn it off and leave for 5 minutes. I realized that for baking, especially when there is sugar in the recipe, the mode should be softer. I'm waiting for it to cool down and do the yogurt.
Jouravl
I photographed it on an ipad, and until I figure out how to attach the file. I'll figure it out, I'll definitely post it. Maybe I'll try from my phone now. Now I stuffed yogurt. In the morning I will wait for the result.
Nymph
And what mode was the yogurt on?
ygoda52
Ladies!
And please give me a recipe for pilaf and potatoes with meat,
just in detail how much rice, meat, carrots, salt, etc. etc.
Thank you in advance.
Jouravl
I put the yogurt on the 50 degrees mode and for 15 minutes. When mv said that it was going to maintain the temperature, I had a question - does it maintain this temperature or higher? According to those descriptions, she has 75 degrees. Logically, it should support 50 degrees. But just in case, I turned it off and left it as in a thermos. After 2 hours I will open it, see how the temperature is there, and if it has cooled down, then heat it up for 15 minutes. We will study it by typing.
Nymph
Hope - it will not support 50 * C, but 75 * C - therefore, it is correct that they turned off

Meat Roll Recipe:
Cut the meat (I had about 500 grams) into small pieces.Pour some oil into the bowl.

We throw the meat into the bowl. Fry mode for 15 minutes with the lid open.
Add carrots with onions - toss in (1 small carrot + 1 small onion)
Multicooker Element FWA 01 PB El
6-8 medium potatoes I cut into cubes and there. Salted, sprinkled with seasonings - and let it be fried with the lid open until the end of the "frying" mode
Multicooker Element FWA 01 PB El
After the sound signal, start the "frying" mode for 20 minutes with the lid closed. After the sound signal, open it, mix it and see what happened. I then added another 10 minutes and a little butter.

The taste is a cross between baked-stewed-fried. Like this.

Yesterday I cooked according to this recipe - meat - 800 g, rice 2 cups, 4 carrots, two onions, one head of garlic, 4 cups water, 2 teaspoons of salt, saffron, cumin (cumin) barberry, hot pepper. Wash the meat, dry and fry for 15 minutes, then add carrots and onions for 10 minutes, and then add rice, spices and salt, and a head of garlic in the middle and pour water over the whole rice 1 cm higher. And continue to cook. Good luck to you!

According to those descriptions, she has 75 degrees.
Can be set 69-77 deg
Jouravl
In multi-cook mode, we set the temperature ourselves. I set it to 50 degrees. In theory, it should maintain this temperature. It will be necessary to try to heat the water and study what it supports. All the same, 50 degrees is a bit too much for a yoga mouth, I put frozen cherries in several jars to lower the temperature. And I used the leaven from Brestlitovskaya.

Can be set 69-77 deg

you can, of course, change the temperature for keeping warm - only for yoghurt no more than 43 * C, the temperature is permissible

Jouravl - so in almost all MBs - after the mode is worked out, the MB goes to heating (and this is 70-80 * C), even if it is a 40-50 * C mode, there are MB models where heating can be turned off in advance, but there are two only Redmond M70 and Brand 502 are updated (but it has not yet gone on sale), if there is a separate Yogurt mode in the MB, then the heating does not turn on after it ends.

Hope! I just hope that someone else from the owners of this CF will join me, we will slowly collect the recipes in a piggy bank, because we have CF with peculiarities - we need to adapt all the other recipes. And then of the owners, I'm almost always hanging out here - it's boring to be alone
Jouravl
We shall be together. As I understand it, you are one of those who are not looking for easy ways. I don't really like templates either. It is much more interesting to study something new, unidentified. This is about our CF.

That's for sure. : yes: You need to have a good dose of adventurism to buy a spool, and even without reviews, just released on the market for such a price
But cooking together will not be so scary. I am very glad that I found a like-minded person, maybe someone else will catch up. The main thing is that a start has been made
annnita
Hello! Please tell me, do you know which valve the Element has? Not a soft steam release like Cuckoo 1054?
Nymph
annnita we have not written anything about soft steam release. But unlike the cuckoo 1054 - I know exactly when the preparation of my dish will end. And the release of steam here takes about 1-1.5 minutes. Heating also stops 1-2 minutes before steam release
Jouravl
Yess!
The yogurt will be ready in half an hour. I opened the lid - the water is warm enough, looked at the jars - the consistency of yoga of the mouth. Just in case, I left the lid open for 5 minutes to reset the temperature. I put one jar in the refrigerator, a lot of cherries and I'm afraid that it will turn out to be cottage cheese.
Regarding the pressure valve, it is round, at the top, in a free position.
Jouravl
Required. I'll insert it from the computer tomorrow. After all, I do it by eye and milk and leaven ... For the first time in my life I do it. Maybe something is wrong, but a start has been made. I think we need to turn on the multi-cook for 15 minutes at 50 degrees.Open the lid for 5 - 7 minutes to reset the temperature. And then calmly put the jars for 4 hours. In my case, it took 3, 5 hours. And the temperature has not dropped., Holds like a thermos.

Girls are dear. My slow cooker makes yogurt smartly, ONLY ITS MAAALO it turns out 4 containers of 200g each. I tried to put a plastic container with a lid and still 1 liter is not enough. I made it easier. ; D put in the oven T35gr. From at 6 o'clock. I put the milk-cream mixture with sourdough in all containers. And I make sour cream in the same place for 40g. It turns out great. But my oven maintains the set temperature and time. If you have such an oven, then skip the yogurt in MB. MV and in the evening something will come in handy for the morning. : girl_curtsey: if, what is wrong.

lungwort - it's good for you with such an oven
it’s just a matter of principle, whether or not it is possible to make yogurt in our mulk

Jouravl -normal, good cheesecakes, those on the left in particular
for that now there is yogurt - here it is a couple of times to make and you can draw up a separate recipe
and here is my sushi rice
we do a lot, so I got 3.5 m / glasses of rice. Rice "Yaponika". I wash it with cold water 7-8 times. Soak it for 40 minutes. Then I lie on the program "Balanced groats" in the proportion of rice: water 1: 1

I don't know how about saying goodbye to Yakitoria - it seems to me a very troublesome business to make sushi and rolls at home - that's why my husband makes them - I just boil rice.
But if you are interested, I can take a picture of all the stages of preparation step by step (when we will do it next time) and post it.

: hi: Margarita! That's lovely! These rolls have always seemed to me something out of reach. Please, if possible, give a step by step recipe. Girls, and your saucepan seems to be wider than ours. In my multicooker, only 4 jars from the Severin yogurt maker are placed, each of them contains 200g. And your desire to find out all the possibilities of the multicooker is understandable to me, she herself is.

These rolls have always seemed to me something out of reach.
For me, all this is also beyond reality. When my husband came up with a "brilliant" idea to make them by himself at home, I apparently had such horror on my face, in general, I was just in the wings - he does everything himself, the process is laborious.
Next Monday we will do them again - I will definitely post them step by step
Jouravl
Happy! :) My husband helps, and my biggest help in the kitchen is to peel potatoes. That's why I bought the MB to introduce some of them to cooking. I want to understand it and convey this miracle of technology to him. The juicer has already passed
I'd love to try making sushi. Look forward to.

You can ask the seller for a certificate of conformity.

If there is no PCT, then it seems to me that there may be difficulties in the service center.

About the recipes.
Yesterday I made pumpkin soup with turkey.
Turkey leg for the Soup program - 45 minutes. The leg did not thaw. Cooked, the broth is transparent, Vegetables (carrots, pumpkin, potatoes) were put later on the same program for 35 minutes, while the turkey was pulled out and cut into small pieces. The vegetables are cooked, but not boiled. In appearance, as if undercooked, but in taste, ready. Then she poured it into another saucepan through a sieve, chopped the vegetables with a blender, poured everything into the broth, added the turkey, herbs and put on the stove to bring to a boil. (It's just that when you change the dishes during the cooking process, it is better to boil at the last stage) The soup is ready! No photos, next time I'll post it.

Ladies!
Why are there no recipes, are you on a diet?

Sorry, I was sick
Of course, there are recipes - it's just that when you come home from work, it's not that tired, but not really tired - well, you don't always have the strength to take photos
Today I'm with chicken soup and cheese cakes.
Chicken soup:
Whip it up without overcooking. I took 2 frozen legs, rinsed them off the ice, did not defrost them. I put them directly frozen in a bowl, immediately there onions, fresh carrots, and cut 4 potatoes. I poured some water and for 30 minutes on the program "stew" and that's it - I opened it - and there everything was ready - and in short, even the odit burst - the meat began to move away. Everything cooked well, and the vegetables are all whole, pretty.
Multicooker Element FWA 01 PB El

And cheesecakes. I did "frying" on the mode - it took about 5 minutes for each litter. That is, the total time of about 10 minutes has passed. For comparison, I can add that in Brand 37501 they fried faster for this and were more tanned

Margarita! Recover!
And I am having fun with CF all day today. A grandson arrived - she sterilized the dishes in it. The sterilizer and the steamer were removed:.
Cooked chicken for 30 minutes on frying mode. It turned out delicious and juicy.
Made steamed turkey cutlets - standard Steamer program. 25 minutes and you're done. The cutlets are lush and juicy.
And in the Multipovar mode, I made fish and potatoes. 5 potatoes, fish fillets, herbs, yogurt (your own) cheese. 25 minutes at 103 degrees. Very fast and delicious.
I am very glad that I purchased the Element. I read somewhere that a quick dinner in 30 minutes is not about multicooker. - it's definitely not about ours. I spent 25 to 30 minutes on all the dishes. Multicooker -: bravo. Hasn't ruined anything yet!
There are no photos, there is simply no time when you have a 1.5 year old baby in your arms.
P.s. I went to put the yoghurts.

Hope! With a little one, yes, you do not belong to yourself.

Great! ... Did you make the dough yourself or is it possible for lasagna? I am not closely involved in the test. , no bread maker. And I was baking a fruity Christmas cake today. True, I did not risk it in the MV, but in the oven. It should be infused for 2 weeks. Here I soaked dried fruits in rum for 5 days and after baking the whole cake is soaked in this rum.
Nymph
I buy ready-made pipes. And these are kind of not meant for this dish - we just decided to adapt them that way.
I think here you can make lasagna in a similar way - just if in an ordinary MV - then it seems to be done on baking - and then put it on baking - yes, you can see the valve on this program is open - and steamed strongly - put it on stewing - and everything worked out and the sauce was not too much of it - just right in general
Cupcake, how great I, too, licked my lips for the Christmas cupcake
let's go now and how I'll buy everything to this cupcake, though 2 went to insist and saturate it will no longer work - if only by Christmas, and not by NG - the main thing is that my ate it later
Jouravl
Last year, the first one insisted on 7 days-ate the second one stood for 3 days and, too, did not wait. ... Therefore, I will bake three things and hide, hide.

ygoda52
Good evening.
And how to cook milk porridge from oatmeal in our MV,
the fact that in the mode of milk porridge is clear, but how many of which is not.
If not difficult then for millet, semolina and rice.
Thank you in advance.
