15 g of salt is not a typo?
In 1 tsp. salt -10g. and the flour in the recipe is 750 grams .. So this is normal .. One and a half teaspoons of salt for this amount of flour.

Gawala, thanks!
I didn't get the right buns for 9 kopecks. I have very dry flour, I recount any recipe taking into account -20% of the amount of flour. And only dry yeast, you can't buy others. So, it did not work out to calculate correctly, they rose badly, and inside are dense and heavy, it tastes like dough with the addition of cottage cheese ... I will try again. I really want buns from my childhood

Tatawhen the parents tried these buns, there was no limit to enthusiastic exclamations! I rarely follow the recipe exactly, I usually make my own changes, but everything here corresponds to the recipe to the gram:

Tata
Marina, Thank you. I am glad that you and your family liked the recipe.

Thanks for the recipe! I baked it today. For 9 kopecks, I don't remember them, in childhood we somehow bought more biscuits for 12))) but for 6 rubles at 18 in the break between pairs - yes.
They turned out to be soft, soft, and baked very quickly. I charged the timer for 20 minutes, and after 10 they began to blush. Baked at 190 degrees.
I saw here and other topics with this recipe, but here the description seemed the clearest to me. I did it with dough, for the first time, and I don't even know whether I got it or not. Judging by the buns - it turned out
Now my children will try them))) thanks again)))
Tata
Oksanna, to health. Delight yourself and your loved ones with delicious buns.

Tata,

Thank you very much for an excellent and not complicated recipe. All the ingredients are precisely calculated to make a perfect bun! There were 16 pieces. And in a feast, and in the world!
Tata
Olga, you're welcome
Albina
Tata, interested in the recipe. And how long does it take from kneading to getting the finished buns?
Tata
Albina, the recipe indicates an approximate time of 3-3.5 hours. It all depends on where you will knead and stand the dough.
Albina
I just realized that this is a very approximate time

Thank you HUGE for the delicious rolls !!!! The family is delighted: the husband is not a fan of baking, but he also ate it by both cheeks, and then said - more bakes. The 2-year-old son only asked "beech, beech!" Lush, rich, tasty - mmmm! I advertise the recipe among my friends)))))
Tata
Irina, I am glad that the rolls came to the table. Bake for health and please your loved ones

Tata, thanks for the recipe! Delicious! Next time you need to do a double portion.
I wanted to clarify, before forming the buns, the dough should come up once or 2 times? I kneaded with my hands, 1 rise, then molding, more rise and baking. The result was fine, but suddenly it could be even better.

And yet, in the video on forming buns, the dough is different, right? I had a liquid one, so it would not work out.
Mandarinka @
Reset, the dough is not at all liquid, the buns are obtained exactly as in the photo, I have baked 7 times already, and I also made the thinnest rolls from this dough.
The dough rises, then the finished dough, then the proofing of the finished shaped buns
Tata
Reset, the dough should not be runny. I kneaded in HP without any problems. But everything works out fine by hand. Dough, rise, dough, rise, shaping, proofing, baking. Everything should work out. Good luck.

Apparently, I have very bad flour - "Dnipromlin", this is surprising, before the war it was considered the best in our country. But my dough in the bread maker also turned out to be very liquid (I turned off the cooking time in dough mode -1.03 hours after half an hour and reprogrammed it, so it also turned out 1.5 hours.), I had to add flour and mix. Now they are proving. I really want it to work out.

Maybe it's all about warm, humid weather, flour absorbs water well.

I baked buns today. And I kneaded them yesterday already for the night and put the dough in the freezer. And in the morning I defrosted it and did it. Taste from childhood, my daughter said my mother used to sell. Thank you for such delicious memories.
