I made 26% of fat on Belarusian natural milk powder (as it says on the label, but as a matter of fact, who knows!) Ordinary sunflower oil is the cheapest for 87 re, (I pour it straight into a jug, so I don't remember the name) + 25 ml of mustard oil "Gorlinka", homemade mustard. Everything except mustard and mustard oil was at room temperature. I started to beat the blender with my foot, but did not even have time to count up to 15, as everything soooo "emulsified" to me, right to the consistency of plasticine, and the butter had not yet completely mixed - the blender's leg categorically refused to work in such conditions It's good that I have a hand mixer - hard-working trouble-free - 2-3 minutes and you're done! I added a little black pepper, a couple of chives, 1.5 dessert spoons of apple cider vinegar and about 45 ml of water (well, hefty thick). The yummy turned out to be awesome! But it doesn't taste like store-bought mayonnaise at all. Well, and ..... it turned out not enough, the next portion I will do double.
