When ordering a multicooker, I bought two bowls at once: daikin and rowing. Like both, both clean and scratch-free

In the topic, I collected all the information that I had at the time of buying the multicooker, including talking on the phone with Martha's chef.
And the managers also helped, I negotiated with them by phone.
And only then I made an order.

and what can you do in it then?

Yes, everything is possible! After all, in "ceramic" (what a stupid name!) I can fry, and bake, and bake. madames, is wrong.

Yeah, and in a maximum of 6 months everything will stick to death.
Wit
It has been working for me for 37 months already. Yesterday I put the baked milk overnight. In the morning I just rinsed it.

In my own way, I had a lot of them and they are clearly worse than Teflon, that is, without scratches at a certain moment they begin to stick and fry in them is not desirable.
Wit
Probably worse. But I still have TTT nothing sticks. I fry, but no more than 20 minutes. Then I switch to extinguishing. I only baked charlotte, but I'm not friends with dough. Charlotte's wife is much more magnificent, but there is no picture.

Vit, it starts to stick just with regular baking. I have already encountered this on three multicooker with ceramics. Now I definitely have Teflon bowls specially for baking with everyone.
Wit
Clear! Galya, did you try to slightly grease it with lard? On TV I heard such advice. Like, there will be no smell of bacon. But I'm getting something
gala10
Wit, no, I didn't grease it with lard, and why should I have teflon bowls. And here non-stick grease I use it very actively for baking without non-stick forms in the oven. The most gorgeous thing! I even grease a spatula of a bread machine, then the bread pops out at a time.
Sedne
Galina, so in Panasonic the bread just pops out, without lubrication. That would be to find out in x / p Brand (so it's very difficult to pull out bread) non-stick grease will help.

and this is with regular use? do you have one cartoon or several? and what is this treasure called? I'm shocked ... like new ...

But not always. For example, rye every time strives to catch on to the shoulder blade. And tightly.
madames
Vit! As for the ceramic coating, I'm not mistaken, just what and how with them - see the Admin in the topic "What the Marta MT-1989 multicooker can do (my culinary experiments)" - everything is written there about the bowls. Very interesting. Here, see the posts just above! "Reply # 12128

I posted the photo under the spoiler above. And the question of use is key. I am reporting. Cooking is my hobby. And the wife tolerates it. She bakes pastries in the oven. Bread is my responsibility. Also, my responsibilities include cooking buckwheat porridge with mushrooms, stewed cabbage with sausages, chakhokhbili, chicken with curry sauce, French meat ... Of course, not every day I drive Mulka.
...And I'll go and have lunch!

madames, I know very well what a "ceramic" coating is. I can send an article in PM. But a cartoon is a gift. And the gift horse ...

What the multicooker Marta MT-1989 can do (my culinary experiments)
addresat
but tell me pliz the power of the multicooker is 700 or 860W, does it significantly affect its operation with the same volume of the saucepan?
Wit

850 watts
addresat
Wit, it's just that my previous cartoon was 900W, now I looked at the model for her 860, and another 700. So I think ... how this will affect cooking.
Wit
I would take a more powerful one.

Yes, Admin, yesterday I also went to experiment. After pouring 2 liters of milk into the bowl, I covered the bowl with a steaming insert so that when boiling, the milk could not escape. In the "Manual mode (or whatever his name is Multipovar), I programmed two stages. 1. Temp. 100 degrees and time 20 minutes. 2. Temp. 95 degrees and time 5 hours. I started it, but after 20 minutes I checked - it was switched to stage 2. And went to sleep. In the morning the milk was still hot. But when I lifted the insert, the condensate flew from it into the milk. I did not like it, although it did not affect the taste of baked milk.
sveta-Lana
addresat, Phillips 3060 has a power of 330W and perfectly cooks, fries and bakes
addresat
sveta-Lana, you probably have a 3-liter pan ... the capacity also depends on the volume ...
Wit
There is a bowl of only 2 liters. And they call it a cartoon breakfast. Try to heat a 5 liter bowl to a boil with 330 watts. It will be long. But as a second cartoon, it will not hurt in the house. I would take

And we need good frying, a little more temperature.
Does your Shteba fry badly? The valve is not needed here.

It will take longer to enter the regime. And it's weaker to fry, of course. Well, roughly like a faint light of gas - there is enough to maintain it, but it is already difficult to fry a more or less large amount of food.

In general, after entering the mode, any multicooker or pressure cooker does not heat at all for at least half the time. An exception may be frying, if more heat is lost by evaporation than is supplied.
madames
Well, that's it. The agony of choice is over. Paid for the multicooker Marta MT-1989 + bowl. There was a problem, the payment went through 2 times. The second time the payment went through without my participation automatically, very quickly. Will the money be returned? Or what to do with March 2?

Call the site, managers, tell the problem.
I managed to negotiate with them
addresat
madames, Congratulations! Pretty! And in my opinion even with a non-stick coating, and not with ceramics ... but it's a little expensive for me ... I'm looking for something more budgetary. Probably still Polaris PMC 0550AD, the brand seems to be a time-tested one ...
madames
addresat! How much does your Polaris cost? my 4300rb is normal.
Marpl
Elena, where did you order it?
addresat
madames, Marpl, girls, I live in such a region (Donetsk People's Republic of the DPR) that at the moment it is difficult to order something decent and at a real price. You can choose, but the price will be overpriced. For example, madames, your Marta costs 6.5 tons. rub. Polaris ordered from a local online store, was supposed to receive it yesterday, but the delivery is delayed, postponed to Monday. I know that they carry goods from Rostov. I'm still waiting. It's good that there are no prepayments and therefore I do not lose anything. Here is the description https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=483521.0 Price 3000 rubles

Girls who need to save money, we have good cartoons at the flea market at a good price. The same March 4313 for 2000. Toshiba for 2500, Redmond and others.
Admin

To be honest, I would never have bought such serious devices on a flea market, because nothing is known about the quality of these devices, even if they are completely new. This is also alarming, why brand new ones are on sale. There are many reasons ... but still, why?

What then to do with these multicooker pressure cookers, where to take them and to whom?
Here it is not always possible to deal with the official seller, but how about the flea market?

If you choose - where to buy? - on a faceless, * alien * avito or on the forum flea market, I would choose our flea market and the seller is not a newbie on the forum Our girls, they will not shit with their own, they will also prompt, tell
Marpl
And March 1989 again appeared on the official website for 4300r.

Peace be with you bakers!

Guys--
Who has a prog-Russian Stove I don't understand what to cook on it
I have it, but it is not mentioned in the recipe book
madames
Marpl! I ordered a March MT-1989 from their official website. They were put up for sale only 7 pieces - so the manager told me by phone the day before. On Monday I will call them to deal with the overpayment. The site has a lot of open access to all kinds of recipes for Marta's multicooker and pressure cooker. Very interesting. I'll try to use it later.

Now in YULMART there are solid discounts for all MARCH
Some models have more than 2 thousand

addresat
And not all cartoons have overheating protection!? ....
Bijou
addresat, but how should it look?
Marpl
An error message pops up.
addresat
if this protection is present, then the cartoon itself should turn off

In March 1989, this program was announced with a temperature of 80 * and 10 hours, suitable for cooking long-term cooking and stewing dishes.
Meat in a large piece, roast beef, meat on the bone in a piece.
If you raise t * 84-85 you can heat oil
Or you can reduce T * to 50-70 *

As I understand it, if this protection is not there and an error pops up, then you just need to turn it off and wait until it cools down ...
Marpl
understand correctly
addresat
Marpl, that is, there is nothing wrong with that !? shouldn't burn ?!
Marpl
Nothing will happen to it, it will cool down and select the cooking mode. Everything will work fine. And when it overheats, it stops the mode and gives an error.

And in what cases can this be? Something I can’t figure out, probably didn’t come across. Well, I put out Baking for example. The cartoon adjusts the temperature for this program. Where does the overheating come from? If I turn on an empty bowl, right?
Marpl
There may be several options for overheating, I just fried for a long time and MV gave me an error.
madames
Guys! And they called me from Martha and said that my 1989+ cherry saucepan was already being prepared for shipment with home delivery. Nimble guys work there. Well done! I am very glad.
