Now the company is looking for a new model of a bread machine.
Dreams are:
I run the program on my computer. It can look like 2 table windows. In the window on the left there are 4 cubes: "keeping the temperature", "kneading", "baking", "intermediate stop with signaling".
With the mouse I drag the necessary cubes into the window on the right, it can be called the "executable program". This window has three columns: the operation being performed, duration, temperature.
The programming will look like this.
I drag the "batch" cube into the "executable program" window, in the columns I set the duration of 15 minutes and the temperature of 30 °.
Below I put a cube "temperature maintenance", duration 180 minutes, temperature 30 °.
Below I put the cube "intermediate stop with the issuance of a signal". (and add the "continue work" button to the bread maker).
Here it is planned to take the dough out of the bread machine, roll it out with a rolling pin and fold it in an envelope, then back into the bread machine.
This means that below I draw a cube "maintaining the temperature", duration 60 minutes, temperature 30 °.
Then I put a baking cube, duration 60 minutes, temperature 160 °.

Then I press the button "write the program to a USB flash drive".
I take out the USB stick, go to the bread maker, turn it on and insert the USB flash drive into the USB connector on the bread maker. Using the "menu" button, I select the "program from a flash drive" item and press start.

Yes, Ostap has suffered. It will not be possible for such a thing to be produced very soon, even Brand bread makers are now in many ways inferior to ours !!! Although, there is nothing complicated to shove a simple version of a tablet (smartphone) into the oven and using the periphery, program via USB and control the baking / batching process. It would be the desire of the manufacturers (however, all this is a decrease in reliability, since this is an increase in complexity and an increase in elements that can fail and have an MTBF).
But what is, allows you to make a manual kneading program, without the last rise, and when it ends, calmly take out the mixer and start the second manual program with the desired rise temperature and the right time (based on what yeast and flour are) and the desired baking time. It is very convenient, you get a well-kneaded dough, quiet removal of the mixer and the lifting and baking you need !!!

Once again I regretted that I had bought this modernized HP model from the brand
In addition to all its shortcomings in the form of a "blind" display, poor weights and extremely inaccurate measuring cups, I found that the company still cheated me !!!
I was looking for a PROGRAMMABLE HP to automatically, without my participation, bake Riga bread according to my recipe. I looked in advance the instructions, which says that in manual mode I can, according to the 16th table of generalized HP modes. Brand on page 27 of the instructions, I can adjust the 4th batch from 0 to 30 minutes! It is this, in the end, that determined my choice to buy this HP.
However, when I was finally ripe for manual programming, it turned out that the company had cheated me and that there was no trace of this mode! Instead of this mode the 4th batch is reduced to 59 seconds - wow the difference ??? !!!
This is apparently the last straw. I will give this HP back. It is better to take a thing more expensive, but with arbitrary manual adjustment of all possible modes, than a scam of LIMITED manual adjustment. Purely Chinese enticement. To promise mountains, but in fact not even half of what was promised. sorry...

Hello.

thanks for your comment, thanks to which we found an error in the instructions. Indeed, on page 27 in the General table of modes of the Brand 3801 bread maker it is indicated that 4 kneading can be adjusted from 0 to 30 minutes, but this data is erroneous. The same instructions on page 14 in the Table of possible settings for the program "Manual setting" indicate the correct data for setting the manual mode.

Hello,
and the temperature for fermentation is from 20 to 50 degrees with what step can be set?
Can you set it, for example, for fermentation 28 degrees, and for proofing 35?

Hello.

On "Manual Setting" you can set the desired Rise temperature in 1 degree increments (from 20 ° C to 50 ° C), and it is also possible to set the temperature during Baking (from 70 ° C to 160 ° C).

hello, please tell me, what am I doing wrong?
Program 10, for a cake. The ingredients are put and stirred in the oven, the flour is sifted, the raisins are put, then on the timer 1:10 and it seems, how should the cake be baked? But there is a countdown, at this time there is a constant squeak, with equal intervals of time. That is, timer + squeak, then all digits disappear from the display, when timer + squeak appears. I thought that the bucket was not placed correctly or that something might wake up by - no, everything is in order.

I turned off the program with the on / off buttons, pulled it out of the socket; put # 15 on baked goods - the same story - squeak + countdown timer.

Hello.

It is difficult to say anything according to your description, I advise you to contact the Brand service center.
Tell me in which city you live and I will send you the addresses of the nearest service centers, or you can pre-call and consult the master of our SC.
I will send you the master's phone number with a personal message

I do not bake for a long time, the only remark is make the beep cancel button. I have three-phase meters, so the oven is convenient at night. But when the bread maker beeps at 3 am - the husband has already regretted five times that he had bought it! the doors are closed, but the hb can still be heard through 2 rooms, but changing, and even more so turning it off, as I understood, is not possible (
MariV
Yes, it's true - a loud stove.

let's continue all the same. The first time I bought a defective bread maker. I returned the money back through the firm. The second time with home delivery I ordered so as not to drag myself into the darkness, a cockroach. They brought it at the agreed time, with a 2-year guarantee. After 4 months, it broke down (when turned on, the display did not work). I had to drag a cockroach into the darkness. They work there only on weekdays, Saturdays and Sundays. Lunch from 13-14: 00. Terrible Lublin street with constant traffic jams. The company itself is located on some territory, there was no boring garbage about - agdepasport, we need an anti-surname in the magazine - was not.

The uncle pulled out the power supply from the service, replaced it with a new one, having previously disassembled the entire bread maker. What the block refused to say. The warranty is not extended, for a new period. He said that if it breaks 2 more times, it seems like the money will be returned. The replacement time is an hour. On the phone, the girl said that it was necessary to carry both the scales and the bucket. The master who repaired - explained that if 2 weeks have passed (despite the fact that they bought it remotely) - there is no exchange for a new HB.

Actually, this is my first household appliance that broke down so quickly. On the other hand, it's good that they fixed it with me. The second time to go there ... I will not wish the enemy. At home I baked bread with garlic, everything seems to be ok.
denirim
I had the same story, and they took me there, but on Saturday they definitely worked (June).

hmm ... and the master kept repeating to me: "they do not break. It's strange that yours broke ...."

Girls, tell me, pliz! I want to buy myself HP. This will be my first HP. It is needed mainly for kneading dough for pies, dumplings. Well, I also like their classic bread. Will this HP suit me? Or look for something else? And what kind of jam does this HP have? makes it easier to cook?

Last century... !
All this should be thrown off at once, by itself on Bluetooth. Launch from a computer with a mouse and a signal of readiness to give on a headset in your ear ...

About operation: I handed it back to the company - it didn't work out for me with her :(
I drove in the summer of 2014 under a two-year warranty (broke down after 6 months) to repair the power supply. A week later it went out again clock face display, took it to the service (thanks to Moscow and traffic jams) and returned the full amount for the stove. In general, it's a shame, but spending 4 hours of driving in one single service will get tired of anyone.

I bought My HP in April, I cook bread 2 times a week, I'm very, very happy :-P
Taisa
Tell me what's the matter: I tried it for the first time, but the result was not happy. Program 1, measured all the ingredients accurately, loaded according to the instructions. HP worked like normal. But the bread didn't turn out quite as expected. The center is not baked at all, the bottom of the loaf is almost normal in color and bake, but the top is pale and not baked, but rather dry. What could be the problem? Please advise! There are many experienced bakers here.
Taisa
Tell me, please, how much fresh yeast should be put instead of dry? It turned out that the dry ones are over, there is no time to follow them, but there is fresh yeast. And how to add-dissolve them in water?
Taisa
Thank you. How to calculate the amount of fresh is clear. But how to lay them is not clear. Dissolve in water or just crumble into flour?

I crumble a bucket to the bottom, into liquid
Taisa
Now everything is clear. Thank you!

ANGELINA BLACKmore, I bought my bread maker at Ozone, there are white ones too
ANGELINA BLACKmore
Thank you very much for responding.
A few days ago I ordered HP.
My sister lives in Moscow, where they bought it.
Tomorrow my beauty will come and I will
with fear, walk around her ...
Many will probably smile at this ...
You yourself know how scary, this is the unknown

Tell me, please, is it possible to place the HP for permanent residence in the freezer and will the compressor work affect the process of making bread? It's just that there is not enough space, and on the freezer (it is not high) it turns out very well to arrange it.
MariV
Does the freezer run constantly? Strong vibration? Better yet, try baking bread - and determine by the results.

Of course I'll try. I just thought that maybe someone has already conducted such "experiments". The freezer does not work all the time, of course. It turns on about once every couple of hours for 5-7 minutes. Vibration with hands is not felt at all.
ANGELINA BLACKmore
Hurrah!!!! The assistant they brought me yesterday.
Pretty. And when they put her on the table
and began to open the lid, rejoiced again -
the lid went five millimeters under the hinged shelf.
It turned out to be a tunic
ANGELINA BLACKmore
Hello!!!!
Today I put the ingredients in and turned on the "Dough" program.
In 15 minutes, the stove began to honk
(sounds like blocks of five) And what she wanted, I don't even know.
So she turned it off. the rest of the process was completed outside the HP.
And I'm angry with myself and at the same time funny ...
It's called "the village got a tractor" ....
Help me please. What was it? And what should have been my actions?
Elven
ANGELINA BLACKmore, scared in vain. This signal notifies that additives can be poured into the bucket. For example, raisins
ANGELINA BLACKmore
How does she know what I have already poured? When will she stop beeping?
MariV
She will not learn anything, she will just always squeak. This is a signal for you, if provided by your recipe, to throw raisins or something else into the bucket of the bread machine.
ANGELINA BLACKmore
I understand that it will be so every time the program is turned on.
But she squeaked more than once, but did it,
until I turned it off completely.
The program is calculated for 1 hour. 30 minutes. she won't beep until the end ... I think))))
Favorite
In theory, it should squeak for about 30 seconds, then knead and proof
ANGELINA BLACKmore
Ah-ah-ah, there it is ... I probably did not wait))))
Well, thanks a lot. Directly consoled.
At least next time I will not feverishly think what I did wrong

ANGELINA BLACKmore, She wanted you to give her nuts, raisins ... seeds in rye dough, etc. ... she beeps on some bread programs ... there is no crime in this
ANGELINA BLACKmore
Yes, the main thing for me was to find out - after how long will she stop making noise, asking for a raisin?))))))
Vinokurova
ANGELINA BLACKmore, a why was it dumb to buy black HP? (I read about your ordeals above) .. I-bumped in a company store and they had both white and black ... I didn't even think about what I did wrong ?. There is HP Panasonic ... white ... but they bake bread in different ways, not because the color of the body is different, the technologies are different there .. although I think that it is possible to clone programs in manual mode ... in any case, my blackie works for me for joy ...
ANGELINA BLACKmore
Everything is trite ... All the appliances in the kitchen are white and the interior is light ...
Somehow "neither to the village, nor to the city" is black .....

Yes, I wanted to share my impressions of my first work on HP ..
The first was manual kneading and baking of white bread ..
Delight knew no bounds, like children. Everything worked out, delicious and beautiful.
And the fear passed by itself ... if not for yesterday's "raisin demand" ...
So I have a question for the regulars of the forum - please tell me
who can you visit on your profile, who is passionate about sourdough baking?

there was a topic on leaven. Many recipes are also laid out, where it is indicated that bread is such and such with sourdough. Choose the recipe you like and ask the author in the thread questions. By the way, Admin is a great specialist, you can ask her
