I have two pancakes in different jars, one was lighter in spots - yesterday it floated to the surface and lies evenly; the second was darker in color, it still lies at the bottom, but the nozzles went up from it, and a transparent film formed on the surface (apparently a new healthy fungus). The temperature in the house is +24.

This is exactly the mistake, it was necessary to take the same amount of flour and kombucha and measure it in some one way, either in grams or in ml
