I just opened the lid without holding it. It leaned back, spring-loaded, and the valve jumped out onto the table, well at least it did not fall anywhere and did not break.

Can't you put it in completely ??
Arka
To end. It was flush with the lid. But it goes in and out without hindrance.
I wouldn't have thought of anything like that, but I remembered that in the previous CF, that we bought my shaggy mom, the valve was still fixed, that is, it came in and out tightly.

Well, yes, right away. We bought it last night. I just steamed it and that's it. They even managed to drive my mother, but now this valve is tormenting me.
When I packed it in a box, I had this valve and sighed when I accidentally opened the lid.

And do you have a pin in the lid that fixes it, is it even worth it?

In mine, it is somehow slightly oblique. Maybe that's why it doesn't press him?

In general, the question is still open - to change or does it not matter?
Omela
It's a shame .. The pin is shifted to the right relative to the center.

While fiddling with the valve, a white thing on the pins fell off, which inside .. put it back, but now it dangles .. Is it generally functional or where ??

You must screw the white piece counterclockwise until it clicks lightly.
take a closer look, there such grooves are cut, replacing the thread.
it is necessary to insert the piece with the arrow opposite the open lock and scroll counterclockwise towards the closed lock. first scrolls idle, then clicks in with a little effort, the total stroke is about 1 cm.
you just didn’t twist, don’t be afraid

Nooo .. you do not understand ... the valve is twisting normally .. the 3-pins garbage has broken .. in the photo it is hanging out at the bottom.

Absolutely exactly like the picture below. I also dangle, when flushing the valve, I disassemble it completely, even sometimes I remove the central silicone disc. But on the removable plate, the silicone seal absorbs odors very much, you have to wash it thoroughly every time. Washing only mutes the smell. It should be like in your bottom photo - this element "dangles" a little and falls out quite easily.
I think this was done on purpose so that too much pressure was not created inside the multi (this is still not a pressure cooker). And if this thing stands there tightly, then the cartoon will simply explode at high pressure.

You look carefully, do not confuse the front / back, there is such a risk on the lid and the valve - they should coincide. And perhaps the fixing pin is to blame, the one that is not straight, but obliquely located.
I don't think it is of fundamental importance, only that it is possible for a cartoon to soar into the kitchen will be stronger and, conversely, the food will be m. it takes a little longer to prepare, since the pressure inside will be less. Well, and you are uncomfortable - it will fly out all the time, sooner or later the valve will fall and break. I have the pin in the same position as in the bottom photo of Omela (when I first began to disassemble the valve, this thing fell out of it, I really thought that I broke it). ... The valve itself is quite freely (effortlessly) installed and removed. But so that when the lid was opened he would "jump out" of it - this was not the case ..

And right after my joy I will share my grief.
Yesterday, after steaming fish (by the way, the fish turned out to be excellent), my cartoon stopped turning on. Absolutely. I plug it in - but it does not beep invitingly, as before, does not blink with lights ... I began to look for the reason. I noticed a few drops at the bottom (condensation dripped from the lid, there was a lot of it - after all, steam), wiped it off. And when I crawled under the towering bottom with my fingers, I was horrified to find condensation dripping from the lid !!! I wiped it off, dried it with a hairdryer as best I could, but the cartoon still doesn't work. Left it open overnight - the same. Can you please tell me if I can do something else, or is that all - my beloved's creeps and I have to go and surrender to the Service?

Quote: Izum

I didn't want to turn it on earlier than 3 days later, I hoped that the contacts would dry out.And now my hopes are melting every day ...

I'll tell you how events unfolded further. The cartoon "dried" at home for 3 weeks, but it never worked. I took it to the service, they said that they would diagnose it in a week. As a result, they called after 2 with the words "take your device, it is working properly, we did nothing" (nevertheless, they took 50 rubles for the "inspection"). I began to believe that the Fixies do exist!
But seriously, it is most likely that they just completely dried out over these two weeks and started working on its own. Now I'm testing again in all modes, it seems to work fine.
"It's good that ends well" - but I still recommend being more careful with your assistants.

Thanks everyone. I pressed "Start", the lid was opened after the signal. Chickens (thighs) were about 2 kg, she did not give any liquid at all, even the salt did not dissolve, after installing the "soup" program for 2 hours everything turned out excellently, I decided (reinsured) to do the second part of cooking, too, in the "soup" mode for 2 hours. Everything worked out. It is the "extinguishing" program that worries me, this was not the case with Panasonic 18.

We need to test.
just try to pour 2-3 cups of water and turn on the stewing.
Does the water heat up? if yes, after what time?

I tried it. In the "stewing" mode, 3 multi-cups boiled after about 6.5 minutes, in the "soup" mode, the same amount of water boiled in about 5.5 minutes (the multicooker was hot)
Arka
so the program works
something was wrong that time
maybe the electricity went missing?
maybe it was necessary to add a little liquid
or start on baking for 10-15 minutes, and then switch to stewing

Good day.
The valve is simply inserted into the lid of the multicooker and held by an elastic band. Therefore, if you insert the valve all the way (pushing it in), then it should not fall out.

The pin in the lid is the temperature sensor. It should be located evenly, without distortions.
Show a photo of the temperature sensor and the rubber band that holds the valve. And then it will be possible to say for sure about the possible defects of your multicooker.

In fact, all the electronics in the multicooker are located higher, so after thorough drying, the device should work. But be careful not to pour liquid into the multicooker body!
I am very glad that your multicooker is back in service.

As a rule, if it fails, then the control board or temperature sensor and this affects the operation of all modes. In the Stew mode, the food is cooked at a low boil, maybe you often opened the lid of the multicooker and the food did not have time to cook. Try to cook something else in this mode, and then we will draw conclusions.

My husband and I bought this multicooker yesterday. Elena Br the only question is, when will this pungent smell be removed from this model of a multicooker, after all, they did not start producing it yesterday, and the smell, like the first parties had, and remained with the latter. Apparently everything that you write here is a play on words and this model does not have any shift for the better. Thanks to you and the local flattering reviews, we bought a device that we will probably never even use, because this smell is incompatible with cooking.

Apparently everything that you write here is a play on words and this model does not have any shift for the better. Thanks to you and the local flattering reviews, we bought a device that we will probably never even use, because this smell is incompatible with cooking.

I have been choosing between 37502 and 37501 for a long time, and now I am very pleased that I still stopped at the second one, because despite some of its shortcomings (which you can accept), it has no smell at all. From the first day, I did not boil any lemons in it. Now there are a lot of statements, and not only on this forum, that there is a strong smell in the new batch of 37502. However, representatives of the company continue to claim that there is no smell, that these are isolated cases, and that it will pass in a few days.

In addition, according to 37502, there are many claims that some elements of the multicooker (who have a sealing gasket, who have a bowl covering, opinions differ here) absorb the smells from cooked dishes very strongly, they stay for a long time and mix with the smells of new dishes. There is no such thing in 37501.

For example, here's a quote from Elena Brand
The first batches of multicooker 37502 came across with a smell when the heating element burned. Contamination appeared due to the incorrect technology of applying the outer coating of the bowl. But the manufacturer eliminated this defect.

I'd like to ask what to do for people who paid money for multicooker made using the "wrong technology"?
And should the manufacturer not recall the multicooker (or at least the bowls) produced in violation of the technology?
Although, apparently, the problem has not been resolved.
Elena Br
In order:
- Nobody has the smell of the bowl not confirmed... If someone has a bowl from the Brand multicooker that absorbs the smell of cooked food, bring it to our office at Yegoryevsky proezd. D 2.
Show us this copy. And upon confirmation of the smell, we are ready to exchange your cup for a new one.
- Smell from gum. The multicooker is new and has been packed for a long time (from 2 months and longer). Therefore, it is not surprising that the gum has absorbed the smell of new technology. To eliminate it, it is enough not to close the lid of the multicooker and the smell will quickly disappear (disappear).
- Smell from heating element.
We do not deceive users. Previously, the problem was more acute. With the previous technology of applying the outer layer of the bowl, oil was used, which partially got on the NE, thereby contaminating it. These contamination burned in some cases for a whole month. Buyers of those multicooker could observe traces of contamination on the heating element. Coating is now done using a different technology.
In the last batches (starting from the summer of this year), the smell that is present when the multicooker is turned on for the first time passes very quickly, and even when the multicooker is turned on again, the smell is barely audible.
But later we try to exclude this too.
When comparing multicooker 37502 and 37501, it should be noted that the NE of the latter is not protected by any coating, therefore, stains appear on it during use. This does not happen in the 37502 model, since the heating element in it has a non-stick coating, which burns when it is first turned on.

Good day. For a very long time I was choosing a multicooker, reading reviews, comparing models. I bought 37502 which I am already very sorry about. Now, for the umpteenth time, I am already steaming a lemon and the smell of burning is stupefying ... Plus the nasty smell from the sealing ring, which I also cannot remove. When I ordered, the consultant said that this is a new batch and there is no smell in them. Apparently, I was not lucky (((Now I don't even know what to do with it.

Dear Elena Br, tell me why in this multicooker, after cooking a particular dish, condensate practically does not fall into the container intended for this, but remains inside the O-ring.
vis

Everything is clear with the heating element. If you have to choose, then stains are better than smell.
And the O-ring in 37501 does not smell and does not absorb odors (neither new technology, nor food).
Apparently, it was also made of other materials.
Well, as for the bowl, apparently, just not everyone can understand what comes from the smell that they feel.
Lenochka_KO
We ordered cartoon 502 in an internet store, since we don't have them on sale in stores in Novosibirsk. I was terribly afraid of the smell, but IT WAS NOT! I would say that I was in vain doing these dances with a tambourine, that is, with a lemon. The sealing ring also does not smell anything other than what I cook. But again, how it smells - I cooked borscht - the gum smells like borscht, washed it - it still smells. I began to cook charlotte - charlotte DOES NOT smell of anything except charlotte) The elastic band now smells like charlotte. I will make pilaf - pilaf will not smell like charlotte .. I hope they understood me.
I am very pleased!!! She made borsch, goulash, charlotte, stew with potatoes, pea soup - everything is wonderful. I baked charlotte according to a recipe from a multi book with oranges - it rose by 8 centimeters exactly))) But I beat separately the yolks and whites, and added half a spoon of baking powder))) Adorable))) You can easily cut into two cakes and soak something else) )) I had few oranges ...
So I was lucky with the cartoons))))

I don't even know why ... Not a drop even on the lid ... Although I stood at the ready with towels, having read here that condensate spoils baked goods, and there is not a drop ... Although there is in other modes, but it really does not interfere there live

A small amount of condensation remains inside the O-ring. Most of it falls on the multicooker body, and then through special grooves - in a drop collection. It is not possible to change the shape of the O-ring or make a hole, otherwise steam will escape from under the lid during cooking.

The power of the upper heating element was increased during the operation of the Baking mode, this is explained by the complete absence of condensation in this mode.

Elena Br, tell me pzhlst, and the condensation in the * Baking * mode should not form only during the baking process? we just bought the updated 37502, about which it is stated that it will have less condensate, and I was now frying potatoes in it for * baking *, there was so much water, even if you scoop it out with a bucket and, by the way, nothing gets into the condensate collection container drops, everything remains on the lid and splashes right into the saucepan when you open it ... this is not a complaint, just a sporting interest, because in general I am extremely pleased with this cartoon!
Darling
There was a lot of condensation precisely because you fried potatoes (a product containing a lot of moisture). In the test, the moisture is much less and the upper heating element does better. I fry without closing the lid.
