Delicious!
Both the wife and daughter were delighted and ate every last crumb! ))
Yes, and the baby with mother's milk will soon come
I forgot to say that I changed the recipe a little:
1. Reduced the amount of semolina
2. Didn't add sugar at all, but instead a couple of tablespoons of fructose
3. In addition to the apple, I added banana, cut into slices, to the curd for flavor.
4. For my daughter I also made a cream on top of sour cream, a spoonful of fructose, cinnamon and a few raspberry berries from jam.

I didn't even have time to take a picture - my daughter first finished off the rest of the cream, and then persuaded the second casserole! ))

What tempting casseroles, salivating as much !!!

celfh, thanks for the recipe! I took it as a basis, with clarifications from Kalmykov. The child turned up his nose at the word casserole, and then came to the smell - "Mom, what kind of cake is this?" And he ate a piece, the husband halved it outright.

Natasha, I'm very glad that I liked the casserole! To your health!

Why is vodka in the dough? (or can you use it as an appetizer?)
Vodka is our everything

There is no worse vodka

Vodka is used not only directly inside, but also in cooking: for canning, cooking jam, cooking various meat and fish dishes, salting, etc. Vodka stimulates enzymatic processes in food. This drink helps to improve the quality of food, avoid waste of food, and save time.

Vodka is often used in cooking as a condiment. Baking - cookies, gingerbread cookies, buns - takes on a more beautiful, even appearance, better baked. For 1 kg of dough add 1-2 teaspoons of vodka.

Usually, in cooking and confectionery, alcohol is added in small doses - from a few drops to 1 tbsp. spoons. Despite this, it plays a very significant role and, often, has a decisive influence on the creation of consistency and the final taste of individual dishes or food and confectionery products.

A spoonful of vodka can be added to any meat dish or poultry dish that is prepared from unmilled, whole meat, stewed or fried. For example, it is enough to grease entrecotes or chicken with vodka and let it rest for 5-30 minutes, before frying, so that the alcohol has time to be absorbed.

When boiling meat, it is useful to add alcohol at the very beginning to the still cold water. After heat treatment, there will be no alcohol left in the product. At the same time, vodka improves the consistency of meat, makes it much softer, more tender, speeds up the cooking process (from 10-15 minutes to half an hour), disinfects the product and frees it from side odors. Before baking the suckling pig, rub well with vodka to get a crispy crust.

Vodka can be added to many soups (except dairy ones!) At the very beginning of cooking.

A glass of vodka is added to the ear to make it transparent. Also, vodka beats off the muddy smell characteristic of some fish species.

Dry wine is often added to vegetable dishes, and vodka is often added to meat.

When canning sauerkraut, before closing the jar, add a tablespoon of vodka (per three-liter jar) to it to prevent souring.

Alcohol is also used in poultry processing. It is best to scorch it, even if it is already ready for cooking, in an alcohol lamp or, sprinkling it with alcohol, set it on fire. This gives a clean, pleasant taste to the subsequent product.

At the very final stage of preparation of dishes from poultry, game, sometimes fish, as well as a number of confectionery dishes: cakes, fruit "slides", assorted dishes, maceduans, the flambing technique is used. Already served on the table, the dish is poured over with strong alcohol and immediately set on fire.

Any cookies, gingerbread, muffins will become better if you introduce some kind of alcohol into the dough for them - alcohol, vodka, wine, cognac, rum. Doses are arbitrary, but not less than 1 teaspoon and not more than 1 tbsp. spoons per 1 kg of dough in terms of alcohol. This will promote flatness, nice appearance, baking and lightness. It is also useful for the porosity of the confectionery, especially if this product is prepared not with natural lifting agents (yeast), which themselves produce alcohol in the course of their life, but with artificial chemicals (soda, ammonium carbonate, baking powder). Along with vodka (which can be added up to a quarter of the total liquid), dry sour grape wine must also be added to fresh puff and pastry dough - 1-2 tbsp. spoons for 1 kg of dough.

As we can see, alcohol is one of the essential elements for enriching food, and it can be safely introduced in small doses into many prepared dishes. There are more than two hundred recipes for dishes that include vodka (c)

I also had only 0.5 cottage cheese

Tanyush, but from half a kilo of curd, how much casserole do you bake?

30 minutes should probably be enough, right?
celfh
Kroshik, I think baking depends not only on the quantity, but also on the baking dish. If you bake in a small form and the casserole turns out to be high, then it needs time, as for a large one. I think so)) I could be very wrong))

Tanya, thanks for the recipe! Today I made a casserole, well, I played naughty, as usual, with the recipe. I took cottage cheese 0.5 kg - 5%, eggs 3pcs, instead of sugar 2 tsp. stevioside and instead of semolina 2 large tablespoons of almond flour, and a little left the cherries, and the rest is strictly according to the recipe. Everything turned out great, tasty and very tender.
