Operating the multicooker

Before using
Remove the product and its accessories carefully from the box. Remove all packing materials and promotional stickers except the serial number sticker.
The absence of a serial number on a product automatically voids your right to warranty service.
Wipe the body of the instrument with a soft, damp cloth. Wash the bowl and other accessories with warm soapy water and dry thoroughly.
When using the device for the first time, a foreign smell may appear, which is not a consequence of a malfunction of the device. In this case, we recommend that you clean it completely.
Place the appliance on a firm, level, horizontal surface to prevent accidental spilling of liquid from the bowl. The device must be located so that the escaping steam does not fall on electronic devices, objects and surfaces that may suffer from high humidity and temperature. Before preparing food in the multicooker, make sure that its external and visible internal parts are not damaged, chipped or other defects. There must be no foreign objects between the bowl and the heating element.
Important! Cleanliness and tight contact of the surfaces of the heater and the bowl are the key to the correct operation of the multicooker and the exact implementation of the specified modes!

During the proofing, intensive fermentation takes place with the formation of up to 95% of carbon dioxide, the structure of the dough is restored and its volume increases to 50-70% of the original. One of the main conditions for a successful process is the absence of drafts and maintaining a constant temperature and air humidity, for which special cabinets are used. With the help of the SUPRA MCS-5110 multicooker in the MULTIPOOK program, you can create the most favorable conditions for proving the dough at home.
