Pinscher cake with pineapples

Ingredients

Sugar 1 glass
Sour cream 1 tbsp. l
Egg 2 pcs
Cocoa powder 2 tbsp. l
Soda slaked with vinegar 2 tsp
Condensed milk 0.5 cans
Vanillin 1 sachet
Flour 1.5 cups
CREAM: 500 gr.
Sour cream 30% 500 g
Sugar 1.5 cups
Canned pineapples 0.5 cans

Cooking method

  • I took the products for a double portion. In my case, there was no condensed milk at home, I just put more sour cream.
  • Add slaked soda to flour (I used 3 teaspoons of soda). Mix the rest of the ingredients, beat with a mixer. While stirring, pour the cooked mixture into the flour. The dough is like thick sour cream. Grease the mold with oil. Baked on Multipovar 60 + 60. Maybe less time, you need to check the readiness of the biscuit. I was busy with other things, so it took longer. But the biscuit is completely baked.

  • Cut the biscuit into cakes, I got 4. Smear with cream. Beat sour cream with sugar, add chopped pineapples (I chopped them with a blender). Leave a small part of the cream without pineapples on the top cake. Decorate at your own discretion. In my case, this is melted chocolate and walnuts.
