Instant chicken soup in a slow cooker

Ingredients

5-6 chicken wings
1 large carrot
1 large onion
butter for frying
salt, spices
2 handfuls of fine vermicelli
water

Cooking method

  • Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, chop the onion and fry everything together with the wings on the BAKING mode for 10 minutes. At this time, boil water in a kettle. Pour boiling water (up to the penultimate risks) into the multicooker, add salt, spices and noodles, mix everything and cook on the STEAM BOILER for 10 minutes. Stir again and let stand under the lid, if there is time;) another 7-10 minutes.
  • My vermicelli is Italian and keeps its shape well, if your vermicelli is very soft, take a smaller volume.

I changed the ingredients a little, because I found out that the onion was out, and I was morally motivated to cook the soup, and my hands were itching to try the technique)))))
To pieces of chicken, from vegetables, I have - carrots, a small zucchini, three small tomatoes and a tablespoon of parsnips (ice cream for the winter for borscht) + a clove of garlic. At the end I added greens.
Vermicelli, spices and, in fact, the method of preparation, observed))))
The soup turned out to be fragrant, tasty and time for cooking - nothing at all!

There were not wings, but fillets, not butter for frying, but a teaspoon of fat from a stewed rabbit, not vermicelli, but bows, and added potatoes. She laid the bows and potatoes at the same time, and together with them - a small bay leaf. After turning off - dried dill poured. For 30 minutes we had a very tasty, aromatic and beautiful soup.
