Cold bulgarian soup "Tarator"

Ingredients

Spoiled milk
(yogurt, ayran, kefir, fermented baked milk)
Cucumbers
Garlic
Rast. oil
Salt and dill

Cooking method

  • Peel the cucumbers, cut into small cubes or grate on a coarse grater. Sour milk (yogurt, ayran, kefir, fermented baked milk)
  • or beat the curdled milk with water, put cucumbers there, add
  • pounded garlic, vegetable oil, salt and dill. Served cold
  • sprinkle with crushed nuts before serving.
  • I have tried this soup twice, both in Bulgaria and at home (I made a Bulgarian table upon arrival home from vacation), a pleasant, refreshing soup


TATbRHA
The classic Bulgarian Tarator, if you add chopped kernels of five walnuts directly to the soup. Cucumber 2, garlic - 1-2 teeth, vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons. And very tasty !!
