Bean soup

Ingredients

White beans
Pork ribs
Potatoes 2-3 pcs
Bulb onions 1 PC
Carrot 1 PC
Tomatoes 1 PC
Garlic 2 cloves
Salt taste
Spice taste
Water 2 liters

Cooking method

  • White beans "Mistral" are pre-soaked for 2 hours, their quantity is determined by how thick the soup you want to get!

  • I poured the pork ribs straight from the freezer with water and, together with the soaked beans, brought to a boil on Oven mode level 3,to remove limescale.

  • Next, diced vegetables (potatoes, onions, carrots, tomatoes), 2 cloves of garlic, salt, spices are added at once.

  • Multi-cook mode 20 minutes, 110 degrees.

  • Result: the beans are completely cooked, but the shape is preserved, the rest of the vegetables, oddly enough, did not boil down to dust either.
