Pancake cake Composition

Ingredients

DOUGH:
Eggs 2 pcs.
Milk (water)
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
flour
salt
FILLING:
Boiled meat 300 g
Carrots (raw) 1 PC.
Onion 1 PC.
Boiled rice 1 tbsp.
Dill and parsley
salt pepper
FILLING:
Eggs 2 pcs.
Sour cream 100-150 g

Cooking method

  • We bake thin pancakes according to our favorite recipe. I have the simplest pancakes (all proportions "by eye"): flour, 2 eggs, water + milk, a little vegetable oil, salt.
  • Filling: 300 g of boiled meat was ground in a food processor with 1 large raw carrot, 1 onion, herbs (dill and parsley), 1 tbsp. boiled rice. Salted and pepper.
  • In the form, I layered pancakes with filling, pierced with a fork in several places and poured 2 eggs, beaten with sour cream. Sprinkled with sesame seeds on top. Baked in the oven t 180 C until golden brown.
