Ingredients

Minced pork and beef 500 g
Zucchini 600 g
Lecho in the bank 700 g
Rice 3/4 Art.

Different greens, pepper, salt, broth (water)

Cooking method

  • Peel the zucchini (I have zucchini) and cut them across into "washers" about 5-6 cm. Select the center with a teaspoon.
  • Cook rice until half cooked. Fry the onion in a rast. oil until transparent. I took feathers of not quite young green onions. Greens (I have cilantro, dill), chop the garlic.
  • Add rice, fried onions, herbs, garlic, pepper, salt to the minced meat and mix.
  • Stuff the zucchini not very tightly and place on the bottom of the MV. Pour the broth (water) to about the middle of the courgettes and turn on the BAKING mode for 20 minutes. Then add so much lecho so that it covers the zucchini and transfer to STEWING for 1 hour.
  • Addition.
  • I have a little minced meat left, I added 1 quail egg to it and made "cutlets" put the svehu on the zucchini, because I didn't want to make the second tier of zucchini.
  • And yet, I have a delicious lecho with carrots and onions stewed in oil. I would recommend adding these vegetables to the gravy, who do not have them in lecho. For a spicy taste, I added 1 tbsp. l. a spoonful of apple cider vinegar.
  • It turned out very tasty and tender.
