Dandelion Wine
3 liters (kg) of dandelion flowers, torn from the receptacle,
1.25 kg of sugar
juice of 1 lemon
juice of 1 orange
wine yeast
a handful of raisins.

Three liters (kg) of flowers, torn from the receptacle, are brewed with a liter of boiling water, insisted for 2 - 3 days. The infusion is drained, water is added to 1 liter, heated, 1.25 kg of sugar is dissolved in it, the juice of one lemon and one orange is added, zest, wine yeast, and a handful of raisins are also possible.

For three days, the mass will ferment, cover the dishes with a cloth or gauze. Then pour the liquid with a tube into a bottle, close with a fermentation stopper. After the end of fermentation, pour the wine into bottles and stand for 3 - 6 months for maturation.
