Sugar 1.5 tbsp. l. (bakeries)
Soy sauce "obok" (can be different) 1.5 tbsp. l.
Table vinegar (I have a grape baltimore) 0.5 tbsp. l.
Seasoning "cykoria s.a." for rice and pasta or any other 1 tsp
Liquid smoke 1 tsp (optional)

Cooking method

  • Before, before I got acquainted with the multicooker, I cooked everything in the microwave. Then this bow appeared. Now I am friends with the cartoon, but I have not forgotten this recipe ...
  • Cut the onion into rings, half rings, or into large cubes (not finely).
  • Add all other ingredients, mix.
  • Put in micro for 2 minutes 30 seconds at a power of 900 W, then mix everything again and put on for another 2 minutes 30 seconds or 3 minutes.
  • The onion loses its sometimes not very pleasant bitterness, and excessive pungency-pungency. Acquires a pleasant aroma of spices and retains a crispy taste. Suitable for rice, pasta, goes well with meat.
  • The composition and quantity of components can be varied individually, according to your taste. Often I make this dish from just 1-2 onions, but in a week, sometimes the three of us eat 5 kg of such onions….
