  • Then I fry this piece of meat over high heat in a frying pan.

  • And I put the already fried piece into the pressure cooker.

  • I turn it on manually for 40 minutes. There are two modes "meat". I do not relieve the pressure myself, I wait for the pressure to relieve itself. I take out the meat when the pan is cool or barely warm. Better to do this at night.

  • Then the meat must be cooled. Then he needs to stand in the refrigerator for a while to "grab". And then you cut it into thin pieces and ... here it is happiness.
