Chicken wings with curry and vegetables in a slow cooker

Ingredients

700 gr chicken wings
100g green beans (frozen)
1 kg of potatoes
1-2 medium onions
2 medium carrots
1 tsp curry
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 cloves of garlic
1 bunch of greens (parsley)
1 tbsp tomato paste

Cooking method

  • Cut the wings into pieces and put them in a slow cooker. Drizzle with oil, sprinkle with curry and mix well. Switch on the BAKE mode. After 7-10 minutes of frying the wings, add the beans.
  • Then lay all the vegetables as they are prepared, mix everything well each time. Close the lid each time.
  • Cut the carrots into rings, the onion into large half rings, coarsely chop the greens, cut the potatoes into cubes or arbitrary thin slices. 15 minutes after laying the potatoes, salt, add finely chopped garlic and tomato paste. Cook until the end of the program.

Cooking program:

Cooking on the BAKING mode for 40 minutes.
