Lebanese chicken BBQ

Ingredients

Chicken legs 1 kg
Ketchup 1 tbsp. the spoon
Tomato paste 1 tbsp. the spoon
Salt 1 tsp
White pepper 1/4 tsp
Ginger pinch
Garlic 5 teeth
Lemon juice 3/4 cup
Vegetable oil 1/2 cup

Cooking method

  • On weekends I made chicken according to the recipe for the oven, but I did it in a cauldron taken on good-cook
  • Mix all the ingredients and marinate the chicken in this mixture in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Fry in a cauldron in a day. I put it at the beginning of frying on both sides until crusty.
  • The sauce turned out sour, I liked it.

Yana turned out very tasty, although this is the first time I make such a sour sauce, my homemade very picky eaters and they liked it too. And yesterday I roasted a turkey, but I didn't take a picture, I didn't have time, they ate everything. I marinated the same for a day in dry adjika, mayonnaise and lemon juice, I'll post the recipe in the evening.
