Ingredients

Pork 500 g
Butter or lard 2 tbsp. l.
Carrot 1 PC
Bulb onions 1 PC
Parsley root 1/2 root
Black pepper 4 peas
Allspice 2 peas
Bay leaf 1 PC
Mint 1 tsp
Beer 500 ml

Cooking method

  • Pre-cut vegetables. Peel a large piece of pork ham from veins and films, rinse, salt. Switch on "Master-pilaf" at the beginning of "frying", put the plum. butter and fry the pork on all sides. This will take approximately 5-10 minutes. Then add carrots, parsley, onions, hot and allspice, bay leaves, dry mint to the saucepan and pour over with beer. Switch to simmering mode and cook for about 1 hour.
  • You can serve boiled pork immediately after cooking.
