Ingredients

premium wheat flour 115 g
sugar 40 g
vanilla sugar 10 g
baking powder 1 tsp
salt 1/4 tsp
melted butter 45 g
egg C1 1 PC.
plain yogurt 75 g
fresh or frozen currants 60 g

Cooking method

Mix flour with baking powder.
Mix together egg, yogurt, sugar, vanilla sugar and butter.
Pour liquid ingredients to dry.
Mix.
Add currants. If the currants are frozen, then you do not need to defrost.
Mix.
Arrange in shapes. Fill out forms to almost the entire volume.
Put to bake in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Willingness to check with a wooden skewer.
Transfer the muffins to a wire rack and leave to cool. Sprinkle with powder or glaze if desired.
