Biscuit with cottage cheese and raspberries (+ video)

Ingredients

Flour 150g
Egg 1 PC
Sour cream 3st. l.
Salt, soda by a pinch
Cottage cheese 200g
Raspberry 100g
Sugar taste

Cooking method

Add egg, sour cream, salt, soda to flour and knead the dough.
Put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough into a flat cake 4-5 mm thick on floured parchment paper.
Put cottage cheese and raspberries on the dough, leaving 4 cm free at the edges. Sprinkle sugar over the filling and tuck the edges of the dough towards the center.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

A simple rustic pie made from universal sour cream dough. It is suitable for both sweet and savory fillings. This time I am making a biscuit with cottage cheese and raspberries. Berries can be either fresh or frozen. Fast, trouble-free, tasty.
