The bread is baked with pre-mix!
We put all the products except the butter in the bread maker's bucket.
We first turn on the program "Pelmeni" - for 5-7 minutes. I scoop up the corners with the remaining unmixed flour with a silicone spatula and then turn off the batch.
I put butter in small pieces to the dough in the oven bucket.
I turn on the program "Low-yeast bread" (this is N2 in my oven).
The gingerbread man turns out to be very smearing, while I was developing the recipe, I was adding water all the time (I started with 330 ml), and still the roof cracks as a result, but to be honest, this does not upset me at all, so I decided to stop at 380 ml.
