lentils brown 100 g
split peas 100 g
beans 100 g
wheat 100 g

Cooking method

Soak beans, peas, wheat, chickpeas and lentils overnight. Change the water and boil all the ingredients separately until tender. I cooked the peas and lentils together, but it's better to share.
