I wanted to make a cottage cheese casserole, but there was not enough cottage cheese for all, I decided to make a cottage cheese pie, but here the cottage cheese seems to be too much, and it turned out that something in between a casserole and a pie.
So this is my impromptu.
Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy. Then add sour cream, right in the whipping process, and cottage cheese.
Put the melted butter in the whipped mass and mix.

Add flour, baking powder, mix. The dough is not thick, but not liquid either.
We spread it in a dose, covered with baking paper, for baking. I have a 40 * 25 size.

Put in a preheated oven, 180-170 * for 25-30 minutes, depending on the oven. We try with a splinter for readiness.
