Onion soup
500 gr onion, halves
10 g vegetable oil
40 g butter
700 gr of water
200 gr dry white wine
1 tsp herbal salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp dried paprika


Put onion and vegetable oil in a bowl and chop by pressing the Turbo button 2-3 times.
Add butter and simmer until transparent 8 min / Varoma / reverse / sk. 1.
Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to readiness 20 min / 100 * / reverse / sk. 1.

My comments.
The onions must be out of the refrigerator, otherwise the stewing time must be increased. And in general, simmer not for 8 minutes, but until transparent, otherwise it will be damp in the soup.
I did not have herbal salt, I salted the usual one, as well, 1 tsp.
What kind of pepper is needed is not written, I put white, because the soup itself is light.
I had paprika in flakes and literally 5 pieces fit in a teaspoon, so you can not hesitate, lay it on the eye.

The soup is delicious But you can also conceal it (or just cook it not on the reverse). The husband said that the one he ate in the cafe was not at all similar, but delicious.
