Ingredients

For pancakes:
Flour 125 g
Eggs 3 pcs
Milk 125 ml
Salt 0.5 tsp
For filling:
Minced meat 400 g
Cottage cheese 2 tbsp. l
Tomatoes 2 pcs
Onion 2 pcs
Garlic 1 clove
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l
Salt, pepper, seasoning taste
To fill:
Cottage cheese 200 g
Milk 125 ml
Yolks 2 pcs
Parsley dill bundle
Cheese 100 g

Cooking method

Pancake casserole
For pancakes - beat eggs, salt, milk. Mix with flour, cover and leave for 30 minutes. Bake 4 pancakes from the dough.
Pancake casserole
For the filling - chop the onion, garlic, fry in vegetable oil. Add minced meat, fry, turn off the heat. Cut the tomatoes into cubes, add to the meat along with two tablespoons of cottage cheese. Season with salt and pepper.

Put the minced meat on the pancakes, roll into rolls.

Cut the pancake roll obliquely into 4 slices each.

For the egg-curd layer - mix the curd, milk, yolks, herbs, salt. Pour half of the filling into a baking dish.
