    Knead the dough for 10 minutes. Leave to rise for 1.5 - 2 hours.
  • Formation of rolls

    Divide the finished dough into the required number of parts, I divided it into 8 pieces. 88 g each, form balls and leave for 10-15 minutes. under the film.
    Then roll each ball into an oval cake, grease each cake with garlic oil, roll it up, pinch the edges on all sides, put on a baking sheet.
    Make small, shallow cuts (optional) and proof. After proving, I greased the rolls with milk, sprinkled with grated cheese and sesame seeds.
