Fish, apple and thyme tartlets

Ingredients

Tartlets 20 pcs
Red salted fish 100 g
Sour apple 1 PC
Cottage cheese 200 g
Thyme Taste
Lemon juice 1 tbsp. l

Cooking method

  • Peel the medium apple, finely grate, pour over with lemon juice.
    Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve, you can beat with a blender.
    Mix cottage cheese and apple, add fresh or dry thyme.
    Finely chop the fish (0.5 * 0.5 cube), combine with cottage cheese. Try for salt, lemon juice.
    Stuff the tartlets. If the cottage cheese is very dry, you can add soft cottage cheese or sour cream.
