Salmon soufflé

Ingredients

salmon fillets 150 g
fat cream 200 ml.
protein 2 pcs.
wheat flour 100 g
dill 20 g
cheese 100 g
salt taste
ground white pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Salmon souffléGrind the fillet so that the pieces remain.

    Salmon souffléPut chopped fillet, grated cheese, chopped dill into a bowl. Add flour, salt and white pepper. Mix.

    Salmon souffléGrease the baking dish well. Spread out the mixture. I got 3 forms of 300 milliliters.
    Salmon souffléBake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes. The soufflé will rise well, but it will certainly fall off. This is normal.

Note

For these dishes, I usually buy fish trimmings. I see that there are no bones and skins. They are with them. The price is half the price of buying a fish fillet of such fish.
It turns out very tasty. It is best eaten warm, but the cold soufflé is tasty too. Recommend!
