Ingredients

White beans 3-4 tbsp. l.
Oyster mushrooms and champignons 5-6 pcs.
Small eggplants 2 pcs.
Young small squash 1 PC.
Red small onion 1 PC.
White cabbage small. handful
Medium pink tomatoes 2 pcs.
Garlic (large) 1 clove
Dried onions and carrots 1.5 tbsp. l.
Wine red vinegar 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • 1. Pour dry beans and oyster mushroom legs with water. Adjust the amount of water to your liking. The density of the soup will depend on its quantity. Add dry onions and carrots. Turn on the timer for 6 hours at high
  • 2. After 2 hours and 20 minutes, taste the beans. I had it ready as I needed after 3 hours.
  • 3. Peel the eggplant and zucchini. Cut into cubes 1x1 cm
  • 4. Finely chop the red onion.
  • 5. Shred some cabbage.
  • 6. Cut the mushrooms.
  • 7. Add the chopped food to the bowl.
  • 8. As soon as the cabbage is ready, add the chopped tomatoes and the grated garlic clove.
  • 9. Add wine vinegar if desired. If not, then no. I missed him. When the dish is cooked, its taste will be almost imperceptible.
  • 10. After 5 hours from the start of cooking, the soup was ready.
