  • I do not want to fry categorically, the body refuses to accept in this form. Only pikes are caught this season.
  • In general, we decided to make minced meat out of them. And it takes up less space and in winter it will be possible to make cutlets or cook soup with fish meatballs.
  • I have never made cutlets specifically from pike. I was afraid that bones would come across.
  • And the ancient meat grinder was embarrassing, will it cope?
  • This year I bought my first electric one. So there was a chance to test it on minced fish.
  • And yet, yes, everything turned out "with a bang" !!! Minced meat is soft, just tender. I'm glad.
  • And so everything is in order.
  • Remove the ridge with large costal bones in fish. Cut into pieces.
  • Peel the onion, cut into 6-8 pieces.
  • Since I still doubted the final result, I scrolled it 4 times !!! Fear has big eyes.
  • Fish only three times. For the fourth time with a bow.
  • Salted and pepper. I hammered in an egg. Mixed everything up a bit.
  • Poured milk into the ground rolled oats, mixed it with a fork and immediately added it to the minced meat.
  • And now she was kneading everything for at least 5 minutes.
  • Then she put it aside, gave time for the oatmeal to swell.
  • And then I cooked the cutlets themselves. This time in two ways.
  • Traditionally she fried her husband, having previously rolled it in flour. Fried over medium heat, until golden brown on both sides. Then she lowered the heat, poured some water into the pan, and brought it to full readiness under the lid.
  • And to reduce calorie content, I made princesses in Madelene.
  • I sculpted cutlets with my hands and laid them out in a preheated form. I turned each serving for 5-7 minutes. It was possible not to. This did not affect the degree of roasting in this case.
  • The total cooking time for one bookmark is 15-20 minutes.
  • Long. But now I don't need extra fat at all.
  • The cutlets are completely fried. Probably it was possible to cook less, but decided not to risk it with river fish.
  • The crust is not tough, but still tough. Therefore, the hot cutlets were immediately put into a container with a lid. While they were cooling down, the crust softened and it became just that.
  • In general, I am satisfied with the result.
