Ingredients

vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.
pork goulash 500 g
finely chopped onion 1 PC.
finely grated carrots 1 PC.
celery root, finely grated 30g
coumel 1/4 tsp
hot mustard seeds 1 tsp
tomato paste 20g
dry paprika 1/2 tsp
non-alcoholic light beer 200 ml
vegetable or meat broth (option) 100 ml
For thickening sauce
sour cream 50 g
flour 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • Pour the oil into a bowl, quickly fry the meat and put it in the MV.
  • Fry vegetables quickly and add to the meat.
  • Add beer.
  • If you want more sauce, add the broth.
  • Mix paprika, cumel, mustard and tomato paste and add to the meat.
  • Mix.
  • Cook on low for 5.5-6 hours or on high for 3 hours.
  • 30 minutes before the end, mix the sour cream and flour and add to the meat.
  • Convert to high if cooking low.
