Garlic pizza on thin unleavened dough

Ingredients

Dough
Flour (I have - high quality) 220 g
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.
Yolk 1 PC
Salt 1/2 tsp
Warm water) 100 ml
Filling
Cheese 100 g
Garlic (clove) 3 pcs
Sour cream 2 tbsp. l.
Olive oil taste
Salt, pepper, paprika, Provencal herbs, etc. taste

Cooking method

  • A very simple and very quick recipe!
  • Let's get started ..
  • Mix flour and salt, add yolk and butter, stir with a spoon / fork, pour in water and knead into a homogeneous dense dough. Round off, put in a bag for 30 minutes.
  • We turn on the oven to the maximum and start shaping the cake.
  • After resting, the dough will become softer and more pliable. It can be easily rolled into a sheet of the desired size. I roll it out right away on a Teflon mat on which I will bake (under it I have a silicone mat for easy rolling). If you bake on paper, then grease it.
  • We transfer the rolled cake along with the rug to a baking sheet.
  • Lubricate the surface of the cake evenly with sour cream, put chopped cheese and garlic, sprinkle with salt, spices if desired, sprinkle with olive oil on top and send it to the preheated oven. The higher the t of the oven, the better in my opinion. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until browning evenly. Focus on your oven.

Anyone who has not tried a pizza from a similar dough, I highly recommend it!
The cake turns out to be wonderful: thin, with a slight layering! The filling can be different, but do not get carried away with the quantity and the main thing is that the surface of the cake is greased - better with sour cream (or yogurt / mayonnaise).
