Avocado toast

Ingredients

White wheat bread 2 slices
Avocado 1 PC.
Cherry tomatoes 2-4 pcs.
Strawberry 1/2 tbsp.
Lime 1/3 pcs.
Lemon 1/3 pcs.
Green basil (leaves) 4-6 pcs.
Green peas (sugar) 1-2 pcs.
Salt taste
Ground black pepper taste
Buckwheat honey or balsamic vinegar optional

Cooking method

  • Lightly dry the slices of bread in a toaster or hot skillet without adding oil and cut them diagonally.
  • Cut the avocado lengthwise, turn clockwise and divide into two, remove the pit, pick out the pulp with a spoon.
  • For toast with tomatoes: add lemon juice, salt to one part of the avocado pulp and mash with a fork until smooth, spread over 2 toasts in an even layer, top with peas, chopped tomatoes and basil leaves, season with black pepper.
  • For toast with strawberries: add lime juice and salt to the rest of the avocado, knead until smooth, spread evenly over the remaining 2 toasts, put chopped strawberries on top, pour honey (threads) or sprinkle with balsamic vinegar if desired.
