In order not to force yourself and the child to swallow this porridge in the morning, but on the contrary, to absorb it with great pleasure, you just need to slightly improve the recipe! And to do it so that the benefits of porridge would be even more!
  • So, let's begin.
  • 1. To begin with, we boil ordinary oatmeal like "Hercules" in water with the addition of a small amount of salt and sugar (to taste); it is important that by the end of this process there is practically no water left. Add a little milk and heat for a couple of minutes, so that the porridge is hot.
  • !!! Let me explain why you need to add milk. I won't talk about the taste, everyone understands what tastes better with milk. But there is another very important point, because of which the presence of milk in porridge is necessary: ​​oatmeal contains phytic acid, which not only prevents the body from absorbing calcium, but also promotes its removal from the body, which is dangerous for both children and adults. But just milk, or rather, milk fat present in milk to some extent neutralizes the effect of this acid; that is why nutritionists advise eating porridge in water no more than once a week, and the rest of the time - with the addition of milk or just with milk. Alternatively, you can put a piece of butter in the porridge instead of milk in this recipe.
  • 2. So, the porridge is ready. Add urbech and natural vanilla directly to the pan and stir.

Honestly, for many years I have been cooking rolled oats only on water, without a drop of milk. But with the addition of a mass of fresh or dried fruit + a piece of butter And otherwise I can not imagine the taste of oatmeal. Not even ordinary oatmeal, but a mixture of 5-6 types of multi-grain flakes
