It was great: crispy crust, juicy filling, and cheese cannot be different, only Brie or Camembert. But the dough in my freezer turned out to be only puff yeast Zvezdnoye, it seemed very successful, only for 100 g of cheese I used 250 g, half a pack of 500 g. Nuts and honey are very appropriate. The role of the jam was played by Henz's lingonberry sauce. The temperature gave 210 with convection. Baked quickly.
