Ingredients

Hercules (oatmeal) 80 g
Brown sugar 100 g
Egg (C1) 1 PC.
Raisins 70 g
Salt 1/4 tsp
Cinnamon 0.5 tsp
Cottage cheese 100 g
Butter (chilled) 45 g
Flour / s 120 g
Baking powder 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • Oat-curd cookies with raisinsPour rolled oats into a bowl (I used a long cooking, you can quickly cook it), brown sugar, cinnamon, salt. Add egg and raisins. Mix everything well.

    Ready to take out the cookies, cover with a towel and let cool.
