Honey ice cream

Ingredients

milk 250 ml
sugar 80 g
liquid honey 80 g
cream 33% 250 g
curd cheese 200 g
corn starch 15 g
vanilla sugar 10 g
crumb of honey cake 80 g

Cooking method

  • Honey ice creamBring milk (200 grams) with sugar and vanilla to a boil. Dissolve the starch in the remaining milk. Add to the bulk of the milk. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens.
  • Honey ice creamCover the milk jelly with a foil so that it touches its surface. Cool down.

  • Honey ice creamWhip the cold cream.
  • Honey ice creamCombine milk jelly, whipped cream, honey and cream cheese.
  • Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker. Cook until the stirrer stops.
  • Honey ice creamTransfer the ice cream to a container, add crumbs.
  • Stir, put in the refrigerator for one and a half to two hours.
  • Bon Appetit!

Note

For crumbs, I used the remains of cakes from Caramel honey cake.
